The cabin was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and the grandkids had a great time in the pool. The cabin had all the comforts of home. The cabin was close to everything. We had a great time we will definitely be coming back.

Great little cabin very close to just about everything. The host were very easy to deal with and the response time to any questions we may have had were answered almost immediately. Would definitely come and stay again down the road.

Booking and check/check out process were made very easy-host is amazing with communication and very quick to respond (even with simple questions I had prior to booking).Cabin is very spacious and clean; large bedrooms and family room were able to accommodate two adults and two children (as well as our dog who thoroughly enjoyed the vacation too)Quick and easy access to the pool located directly behind the cabin. Location was perfect, 5-10 minutes away from restaurants (and Wal-Mart for groceries) and no more than 15-20 minutes away from any activity we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge.Would most certainly recommend!

The beds were not made well and there was trash in the cans. The smell in the cabin was really bad. The parking was on a cliff and could not hold two trucks. It advertised a nice pool but it was pure filthy and the water was green. No one in the entire community used the pool. False advertising for a whole lot of money. Poor

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We do, however, want to clarify a few points for future guests. Our cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay, including making the beds with fresh bedding and removing trash. We were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, which would have given us the opportunity to investigate and address them promptly. Regarding parking, the property provides two designated parking spaces, as stated in the listing. Due to the terrain and layout of the community, the spaces may not be suitable for two large trucks. We understand that vehicle size can affect how comfortable the parking arrangement is. The community pool is a seasonal amenity maintained by the HOA, and its condition and availability are outside of our control. Our listing clearly states that the pool is seasonal and that availability is not guaranteed. We are sorry that the pool was not available. We also want to clarify that we do not intentionally misrepresent our property or its amenities. We value honest feedback and take legitimate concerns seriously. Had we been contacted during your stay, we would have made every reasonable effort to address any issues. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

We’ve been married for 17 wonderful years and are blessed with 6 kids and 3 grandkids who keep life full of love and laughter. Traveling has always been a passion of ours, especially around the southeastern United States, where we enjoy discovering new places and making memories together. Dan has a special role in our community as Santa Claus, spreading joy in Cincinnati, Ohio, while Gretchen often joins in as Mrs. Claus. It’s a tradition that brings us so much happiness each holiday season! With our busy lives, we don’t always get to travel as much as we’d like—but hosting this cabin is part of our new adventure, and we’re excited to make more time for exploring, connecting, and sharing our love of the Smoky Mountains with our guests. We’re so glad you’re here and hope our cabin feels like a home away from home for you and your family.

We have traveled to the Sevier county area for many years. We finally decided to settle down and buy our own rental to share this wonderful area with other visitors when we aren’t there. This area has so much to offer to people with a variety of interests. From the Smoky Mountains, to Dollywood and everything in between there is so much to do that it would take a lifetime to see it all. We see new things every time we come down to visit. We even got married here, which is another popular thing to do in Gatlinburg.

Located just minutes from Dollywood and the Tanger Outlets, this cabin gives you the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find cozy mountain décor, plenty of space to unwind, and unique touches like an arcade-style game and a collection of classic board games for hours of family fun. Step onto the deck to soak up the fresh air, or head outside to enjoy the community playground and seasonal pool right in view of your cabin. Whether you’re here for shopping, thrills, or chill time, Smoky Pine Vista offers a one-of-a-kind stay that keeps you close to it all. There is an exterior security camera at the front door. There are NO views of the interior or the hot tub. Our cabin, Smoky Pine Vista, is located in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. As a result, we do get various wildlife throughout the community. This can include our common black bears, coyotes, bobcats, wild turkeys, various reptiles, amphibians, and a great variety of 2-4-6-8 legged critters and insects. Please know: - Cabin is on a comprehensive pest control program, but you may come across occasional lady bugs and other local insects. - Laws protect our local black bear population. Do not *ever* approach or attempt to attract one of these fine animals. They are not tame, but also usually not dangerous. But like any animal, momma bears will protect their young, and every bear wants a free meal. - DO not leave trash or food anywhere outside other than the bear-resistant trash enclosure. - Especially do not leave food, or food trash, in your vehicle. Bears have a very keen sense of smell and have no issue breaking into a vehicle if they think a meal might be inside.
