Denne charmerende 1946 kvadratfod victoriansk stil hjem er ideelt placeret på North Main Street kun en blok til Breck Connect Gondola der kan tage dig til Peak 7 eller Peak 8, og gåafstand til de fleste restauranter og downtown shopping hele Breckenridge. Kun to blokke fra Downstairs at Eriks og Goods Beklædning, to lokale favoritter.

Denne karismatiske tre niveau hjem har vigtigste niveau trægulve, bjergrige viktorianske indretning og en unik indretning. Great ski vacation!

Could not have had a better house, this was our first time to Breckinridge and we had the best time! The location was great, you could walk anywhere, restaurants across the street, and trolly stop right beside our front yard! We will be back!

Quaint stay in Breck town

Loved the ease of the house and the location on Main Street. Super quick access to all restaurants, gondola, and easy walk to several play areas. The huge yard is so nice with little kids! The house itself could use some updates in the bedding department, and the kitchen is not well-stocked with pantry items (though it does have all the equipment you need to cook).

Excellent location

Can't say enough how great the location is for this house and the Brittany Place HOA. We hardly used our car all week. House is very clean even though furniture is dated. The bedding and pillows definitely need updating. Bring your own pillow, if you can. We have young kids and they could not use the loft; the ladder up to it is steep and there is a sharp banister close to it they could it hit if they fell.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine and Ski Country was easy to work with. TV's never worked and the house needs a lot of maintenance. Feels dated and used.

Great location on main street

Absolutely the best location we have stayed at. House was as described. Loft was definitely a loft, needed to climb ladder to get up to bed. Luckily we had my 10 year granddaughter with us and she thought it was the best bedroom ever. Would recommend upgrading TV in loft or get rid of it. Overall the house met our needs. Unit only has 1 parking space and Breckenridge has a very unfriendly overnight parking policy. So if you have more than one vehicle overnight parking could be an issue. Would rent this unit again

Best EVER CO retreat you can find.

Ok. Not sure how to say this but in a nutshell beat vacay experience renting out a home in 8 years!!! Aside ftom cleaniless and accuracy, the customer service was spot on: timely fixing a toilet clog WE CAUSED, helping with area questions, and support during stay. What I loved were the fans in the home and on the ceilings and overall air flow through windows. My family gets super hot and this was perfect. The little loft was a great play/sleeping area for 7YO. The TVs in every room, entry way for hiking boots, the washer area (super quiet) and location! Hop away from main street, and 3 minute walk to Gondola, great escape to main highways as we went rafting. I think some people complained about not having too many amenities for cooking in the morning. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook you just need to bring your own food supplies. For the past 8 years when going to homes, their supplies in the house like coffee or ketchup or other items goes stale sometimes. This was not hard at all to deal with. There were so many pillows, blankets, games, books, and other resources like soap and shampoo. Overall 10 stars out of 5!!!

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for us. We had 7 people in our group during our stay and it worked out great. Washer and Dryer were indispensable, location being a 3 minute walk from the Gondola and a 2 minute walk to the Rental Property Office, and only 6-7 blocks from the end of main street which was an easy walk for shopping and whatever else you wanted to do in town. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Breckenridge. It was our first time skiing here and we will definitely be back and looking to stay in this property again!

Boasting 300 days of Sunshine in Winter and Summer, Breckenridge is the perfect retreat all year round! This unique and charming town offers something most Ski Towns don't - A TOWN! Sure, we have a world renowned Ski Resort in our backyard... But we're so much more than that! Breckenridge is rich in history. Having started as a mining town in the late 1800s, Breckenridge has seen a lot more than just the transition from single seated chairlifts to Quad SuperChairs and Gondolas… You know that saying “If these walls could talk?” We’re sure that’s how every meticulously maintained building in our Downtown Historic District must feel. We, as locals, work hard to preserve the history and feel of this Victorian Style themed town and many of the buildings lining Main Street are originals from the old mining days. The Breckenridge locals are proud of their town’s past and eager to tell stories of its colorful history. We also encourage visitors to take part in one of the many historic tours that Breckenridge offers, either by foot or horse drawn carriage or sleigh. So come, experience for yourself the magical town of Breckenridge. Indulge in some of the best restaurants you have and ever will experience, take pleasure in strolling up and down Main Street and window shopping all of the rare and unique shops that it offers, join us for one of our crazy annual festivals – such as the zany Ullr Festival, where we give praise to the Nordic God of Snow in hopes that he will bless us with a snowy ski season.
