Inside, the condo comfortably hosts up to 5 guests:
    •    Master bedroom with a king bed, attached bathroom, and private porch.
    •    Second bedroom with a queen bed and detached bathroom.
    •    Living room with a sofa that converts into an extra bed.

The kitchen is fully updated with top-line appliances, perfect for home-cooked meals. Gather in the dedicated dining area, or step outside to enjoy one of three porches: one with gliding chairs for lounging and one with a outdoor dining space, enclosed with glass panels for year-round enjoyment.

Work or unwind with ease — a dedicated workspace is available, along with community amenities including:
    •    Private gazebo on the sound with direct water access
    •    Indoor pool
    •    Tennis and pickleball courts

When it’s time for the beach, the closest beach access is less than a 10-minute walk away.

House Rules / Things to Know
    •    Garage Access: Guests do not have access to the garage.
    •    Unit Location: The condo is the furthest bottom unit from the road, marked by a flower bed.
    •    Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
    •    Maximum Guests: Up to 5 guests total. Please no additional overnight visitors.
    •    Parties / Events: Not permitted. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect the community.
    •    Smoking / Vaping: Not allowed inside the condo or on porches.
    •    Parking: Dedicated parking is available in front of the unit. Garage parking is not available.
    •    Pool & Courts: Please follow posted community rules when using the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts.
    •    Beach & Sound Access: The beach is less than a 10-minute walk; sound access is available through the community gazebo.
