Dette er en smuk ejerlejlighed dekoreret med en tropisk tema. 2-4 sovepladser. Det har en ny A / C enhed i stuen, rolige loft fans i stuen og soveværelset, og gardiner til at forhindre overophedning i eftermiddag. På mange dage den kølige hav brise gennem vinduer og Lanai døren kombineret med fans er alle, der er nødvendig for tropisk komfort. Den er udstyret med en komfortabel queen size seng i soveværelset og sovesofa-dobbeltseng i stuen. Den har en indbygget vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, så du kan pakke let til din ferie. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til madlavning og bagning behov. Badeværelse og soveværelse sengetøj leveres. Badeværelset var fuldt ombygget i juni 2014. Vi leverer strand stole, strand håndklæder, en parasol og en lille køler til din nydelse på Maui store strande. Den Condo er beliggende i den mest populære Maui Vista Building # 3, som er valget af mange langsigtede indbyggere på grund af sin beliggenhed væk fra vejstøj. Gratis parkering er inkluderet i leje. Der er daglige (MF) poolside orientering forhandlinger om at hjælpe med forbehold, restaurant anbefalinger og rabatkuponer til spisning og andre aktiviteter. This condo was perfect for us two. Washer and dryer were really handy and the kitchen was wonderfully supplied. The condo is perfected located across the road from Charlie Young Beach and easy walking distance to other beaches, as well as coffee spots, grocery stores, great restaurants and fun night spots. Just a note, this is not a current photo of the condo's furniture.

Thank you for your response. I am happy you enjoyed your stay at my hcondo which is in a great location, convenient to several Kihei beaches and shops. I have been renting my condo for over 10 years and i do provide very detailed instructions because i want guests to have a pleasant stay. My instructions cover all the questions previous guests have raised over the years. Plus i am happy to answer additional questions. However, i live in california so i may take some time to respond. Hopefully, the details i provide will allow guests to settle in quickly and easily. I hope you will return again soon. Thank you.

Great Stay!

Vacation Redo

As always, we enjoying staying in maui vista. We love the area as it's close to everything. We loved staying at the condo and the best part was having the items we needed on hand(extra paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, ziplock/trash bags). Mahalo. Looking forward to coming back in December, and January.

Great location

This condo is located right across the road from an excellent snorkeling beach. My husband swam with turtles every time we were there! Plus it's just a very short walk in either direction to shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

Marvellous Maui Vista

Totally enjoyed our 6 week stay at this well equipped condo. The property is well maintained and in a great location for getting anywhere on the island. Within walking distance to beaches and Kihei restaurants and bars.

Thank you very much for your review. Interestingly when we first bought this condo, we did have an ocean view in addition to the beautiful garden view. However, over the years the trees have grown up so although we can hear the ocean on a quiet evening, we no longer can see the ocean from the condo lanai. Before we bought this condo, we stayed in 2 different Maui Vista condos in building 1 each with a great ocean view. The problem is that building 1 is close to busy South Kihei Road. We like to keep the windows and the lanai door open. In the evening the noise from Kihei Road was so loud we could barely hear the TV. So when we bought, we opted for the building 3, farthest from S Kihei Road and we have not been disappointed because it is very quiet there. We routinely walk to the close by Charley Young beach to watch the sunset and to stroll through the sand to Kama'ole 1 and 2 beaches. Some folks take beach chairs there to watch the sunset. We do enjoy quiet dinners on the lanai where we can enjoy the stars. In the morning tropical birds serenade our lanai breakfast.

We do try to provide many extras that you will not find in other rentals, including expendable supplies, frequent updates to the condo and its furnishings, and beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, cool chest, and boogie boards). Because we stay here ourselves, we maintain a comfortable setting while keeping the price reasonable. We are pleased you enjoyed your visit.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this condo. The location in Kihei is amazing, right near the beach and close to many great food options. The condo had everything you needed and more! We would definitely love to come back again!

A wonderful stay!

Linda’s condo was perfect for our 10 day stay. Her unit was well stocked with the basics, as well as boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. We really appreciated how she reached out prior to our stay to ensure that we had everything we would need and to check if there was anything else she could provide. Her unit was clean and updated which we also appreciated. We would happily return when we are in Maui again!

Linda was an amazing host and this rental was awesome! The unit has everything you need and more and the host was extremely communicative. This rental is close to everything you could want in Kihei (beach, restaurants, shops, etc.) We will definitely be booking this place again!

We chose this condo because it is the farthest away from busy South Kihei Road so that we avoid traffic noise, but it is still an easy walk to beaches, shops, and restaurants. It also gets cooling trade wind breezes through the lanai to the bedroom. As our VRBO title states we provide many extras to help our guests enjoy Maui. You were great guests so we hope you will return again soon.

Linda and Larry live in the college town of Davis, California. Linda is currently a Pharmacy Technician at CVS. Previously, she was a professor at MIT, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, SUNY Buffalo School of Pharmacy, and UC Davis. She also worked previously as a Staff Toxicologist for the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. Larry is retired and takes care of our Davis garden and pool. (Larry loves Maui Vista because he can enjoy the tropical gardens and pool without taking care of them!) We love the beach and we enjoy running in the Maui Oceanfront 15k race in January. After renting other condos at Maui Vista for 4 years, we decided to purchase this beautiful condo in 2013. We love to travel and we found this condo to be one of the most comfortable, relaxing places we have stayed. We will do our best to make certain you enjoy your stay here.

Location! Tropical Comfort! Amenities!
This is a beautiful condo, freshly repainted throughout, fully equipped, with updated tropical decor, and new to the rental market. There are many reasons why you should seriously consider booking this unit.

1. It is located on the second floor in the highly desirable Building 3. This building is the quietest in the complex since it farthest from the traffic noise on South Kihei Road, yet is close enough to the ocean to enjoy cooling ocean breezes.

2. One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street within easy walking distance. (Google the live web cam for Charley Young Beach and make your friends envious when they see you enjoying the beach!)

3. This unit has a peaceful view of the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens of Maui Vista from the lanai and the living room/kitchen. New lanai furniture so you can Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai & listen to the birds.

4. Our photos are always updated. Last update was 8/24/2014

5. The unit is professionally cleaned and well-maintained by a local management company (Maui Condo and Home) who are always available to take care of our guest needs or emergencies.

6.We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, body boards, and a cooler for your days on the beach. We also provide tools to use with the convenient outdoor gas grills on the property.

7. We respond quickly to inquiries and are very easy to work with.

8. The bedroom has a new bedroom set, a very comfortable bed and a ceiling fan.

9. The living room has a 40 inch LCD TV with cable, a cd player, I-touch dock, and DVD player.

10. Free, unlimited wireless internet and free long distance calling to anywhere in the US and Canada.

11. Overall, this is a GREAT value for the quiet tropical comfort and amenities we offer!

12. We have recently added a small printer for printing out your boarding passes and a wonderful leather recliner.

Enjoying ocean breezes and the tropical garden view from the Lanai of this condo is very relaxing. Linda especially loves early morning barefoot running on the beach across the street and we both love running uphill from the condo and/or along the oceanfront path in Wailea which give us running routes of 6 to 10 miles of tropical beauty! The condo is an easy walk or short drive to some great restaurants, shopping, and places along the ocean to enjoy Mai Tais and tapas at sunset!
