Slap af og nyd dit ophold, hvor solen smelter ind i Caribien hver nat. Villa Bella er en nybygget 2 soveværelse, 2 bad lejlighed bygget med alle de opgraderinger. Placeret på toppen af bakken, kan du nyde dine dage på de over store terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt over Maria Strand og Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Villa Bella giver privatliv og komfort. Enheden er fuldt air condition med fans i alle værelser samt. Smagfuldt indrettet med komfort for øje; nyde et fladskærms-tv med satellitkanaler, dvd-afspiller og trådløs internetadgang. Strand stole, sengetøj og håndklæder er forudsat.
Dette er, hvor du ønsker at være, gåafstand til Tres Palmas Marine Reserve og surf pauser. Bare en 5 minutters gang til spektakulære tropiske strande. Snorkeling er awesome på Steps Beach ligger på Tres Palmas Marine Reserve med nogle af de bedste Elk Horn Coral tæt ind på en ø i verden (ifølge NOAA forsker, der har fulgt den i over 15 år!). The Sea liv er forbløffende. Vinteren bringer store bølger og slutningen af december gennem midten af marts, du bare måtte have Humpback Whales lige ud foran huset !! Dine dage vil blive fyldt med snorkling, beachcombing, surfing, dybhavsfiskeri, parasailing og Hvalsafari i vinterhalvåret. Det er en fem minutters gang ned til Marias Beach, hvor du kan leje surfbrætter, stue i strandstole til rådighed.

Incredible

Staying at Villa Bella was the best choice of our trip. A 5 min walk to Maria's surfing break with several other breaks very close by. Rentals available right at the water for reasonable rates. The surfing is great for beginners when the report says 2-3', great for intermediates at 3-5' and above that, great for those who really know what they're doing. The space is the first floor apartment of an incredible property. The apartment opens up onto a stone veranda that looks over the surfing break - you can decide if the conditions are good while drinking your morning coffee.The space is clean and the layout is great if you have a couple kids. One bedroom for the adults with a queen sized comfortable bed. The kids sleep on bunk beds. The pull out couch is available too. TV has all the normal channels/streaming options. Kitchen is appointed fairly well, but if you really like to cook, you might want to bring some nonstick pans. There is a grill outside which works well (and overlooks the mountainous region - stunning).Highly recommend, we will return.

Great location

Owner very responsive when air conditioning not working. Actually replaced entire unit. Great location cinveniuto town and walk to playa maria. Bunk bed not usable due to noise from upper bunk but owner working on it.

Spectacular views

This property was super convenient to everything in Rincon. The views are spectacular for sunsets, and also has the perfect view to start your day, too.

Great View

This was our first stay in the Rincon area. It was a difficult property to find in the dark, this may have been partly because of our lack of knowledge about the area but even our cab driver was confused. The view is spectacular and the property is spacious. After hearing about the lack of hot water at other places we were very pleased to not have an issue with hot water. One thing that could definitely be improved would be comfort. The bed, couch and pillows were really really uncomfortable and there was lounge seating outside to take in the beautiful view.

Amazing views

We stayed at Ensenada in February. The property was perfect. Beautiful views and centrally located to the best places in Rincon. We ate at the Beach House multiple times which is right below Ensenada. Very private, updated, and clean. Plenty of space for a family. Peter, the owner, was accommodating and easily accessible. The only suggestion I have was for the location on the map be updated to reflect the accurate location. We will be back!!

Beatiful stay! We'll definitely look to book this place first the next time we are visiting PR. The unit was clean and the view amazing. About 7 min drive to swimming beach (Sandy Beach East, don't go to the west beach, its too rocky to swim). The Beach House restaurant at the bottom of the hill has amazing food and drinks, and a beautiful view. The owner was extremely quick with responses. 10/10.

Amazing getaway

Our stay at Villa Bella was a wonderful experience. The view was breathtaking! Apartment was clean. Water from shower was cold and had low pressure at times, but having lived in the island for many years, you get used to that. Rincon is a great, small town with many hidden gems. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing View

If you are looking for one of the most amazing views in Rincon, this is your place. Everything was as advertised except the water pressure was very low and the air conditioning didn’t work in the kitchen. Besides that we had a great time and Peter was very at tentative to our requests.

Amazing view, relaxing retreat!

Unbeatable views of sea and surf from this apartment on the ground floor of a grand home, high up on a hill. This comfortable apartment was near-ideal for a tropical getaway for my husband and me. We’re big fans of the laid-back vibe in Rincon, and this proved to be a terrific spot! We doubt there’s a better location in town to watch the surfers catch waves, take in a sunset, or maybe even glimpse a whale spouting in the distance. At night you can hear the happy sounds of the surf and the coqui if you leave the window open. I’m an allergy sufferer (allergic to dust mites and mold) and the ability to either let the breezes flow through the windows or use the air conditioning was key to my being able to relax on the vacation. I was comfortable even during the one stormy day we had. We also really enjoyed the option of walking to The Beach House very nearby at the bottom of the (steep) hill to grab a bite. While the house has 2 bedrooms, one is a master and the second has a full-size bunk bed setup. This worked fine for the two of us as we didn’t need the bunk bed room. Be aware that driving up the hill Is quite steep. You’ll want to go slowly and carefully to avoid the occasional pedestrian or friendly wandering kitty. Also useful to know: The bed in the master is quite firm. The mattress sits on a slatted base, so this isn’t a cushiony type of bed. Also hot water for the shower was something we experienced only in a short burst or two during our entire stay. Not a deal-breaker for us because the cold water from the tap isn’t truly cold—you’re in Rincon and the weather is warm. Thank you for a super stay in an unforgettable spot. We were extremely happy and hope to return!

The property is just above the BeachHouse and has one of the most amazing views in Rincon.

It was exactly as advertised a two bedroom which sleeps six. Amazing views and great breezes up on the hill above the Beach House.

Outstanding property, views of Maria’s beach incredible!!

This location is incredible! Only thing lacking would be an endless pool looking over the beautiful views. We were there for the beach time and sunsets, and we’re not disappointed.

Gorgeous in every way

This is a beautiful home with unbelievable views; the mountains behind, the ocean in front, and a breathtaking sky above. With the lights off the view of the stars from the awesome outdoor space is incredible. Beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen and baths are slam dunk. Everything you could want, it's there. Relaxing and beautiful. The owner was warm and friendly and the property manager was also friendly, helpful and responsive. LOVE this space.

Awesome!

Took my wife and children to surf in rincon it was awesome , house was perfectly located and views and sunsets from the terrace were incredible . Cannot wait to return and just booked Villa Bella for next February !!!

Our peaceful stay at Villa Bella far surpassed any expectation. We found joy in every moment at Sandy Beach just a mile away and the amazing adventures within an hours drive. Absolutely, hands down the best view in Rincon!

My wife and 2 kids have been to Rincon several times and Villa Bella was the best yet. Unit was very nice, clean, great kitchen. Very quiet, private. Look forward to going back again and again. Thanks Pete.

Gorgeous views and excellent surfing

The place was outstanding, it was perfect to wake up and sit outside for a bit reading and relaxing. Surfers were out on the breaks almost every morning and all day long, it's fun to watch them and hear the waves from up on the hill. This is a great place to relax or head down to the many beaches close by. It is a little hard to get a nice hot shower for more than a couple minutes but for staying a week or so it's not a big deal, everything else makes up for it. The place is a little hard to find since it is on a little bit of a blind corner and you need to go up a steep hill then flat and then another steep hill but we had no issues with our rental car (Taurus). We'd definitely like to go back sometime if we learn how to surf.

Villa Bella-great place

We stayed at Villa Bella between During Three Kings Week and would highly recommend it. The apartment is virtually brand new and the location perfect ,within walking distance of multiple surf breaks. The views are absolutely spectacular. Pete and Mary Grace were gracious hosts and helpful with local knowledge. The driveway is steep as advertised. I would recommend a powerful SUV or a jeep. Tres Palmas Marine Reserve is a wonderful place for swimming and snorkeling. Steve

Peter Fricano is from Cape May County, New Jersey and decided in 2010 that we wanted to spend a lot more time enjoying the beauty and serenity that Rincon offers. Our goal was to build a home that was comfortable and practical to a beach lifestyle. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Our family has been enjoying Christmas in Rincon since 2001. Every year, we got together to decide where to spend our tropical Christmas. We have been to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Hatteras, Florida and Barbados but every time we chose Rincon. We love Rincon for it's beauty and tranquility but also because it is a territory of the U.S. so no passport needed! It is a short flight and the weather is always incredible in the winter months. Last but not least, the people of Rincon, locals and visitors alike, are some of the friendliest, happiest and helpful people that we have ever met. We hope to make Rincon our full time home one day!!!

Villa Bella provides constant views of surf conditions at the best surf spots in the Caribbean. No need to drive around to look for the best waves. Secure, private property with plenty of parking and storage room. It is an easy 5 minute walk down to Maria's Beach and Calypso where you can enjoy tropical drinks and fresh local fish.
Villa Bella comes equipped with all the amenities for convenience and comfort. We have a local property manager who will meet you whatever time your plane arrives! No worrying trying to find Villa Bella in the middle of the night, you will follow her and she will open the property for you and show you around. In addition, she is on call for you should you have any problems or questions during your stay. Villa Bella has a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the condo as well as a huge patio with the best views in Rincon. In addition to the ocean views, there are spectacular views of the lush valley that runs adjacent to the house, there is not a bad view anywhere you look. There are air conditioners and fans in every room.
