Excellent condo in a great location! It was the perfect base for exploring Breckenridge. The property management company was outstanding—they were available 24/7 by text and responded almost immediately every time I had a question. Their customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced. I was very impressed with both the property and the management, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location

Great experience just a short walk from Main St. We walked everywhere and the condo was perfect for recharging. Comfortable and clean, very responsive management and all the necessities for a family to make a good home base. Definitely renting this unit again.

Awesome stay

The property was great and a perfect location. Loved the upper village pool. Only suggestion I have would be the lack of gas grill and the knives are all super dull. Other than that, all was great!

Well maintained property. Looks just like property pictures on website. Short walk to River Center and downtown shops and activities. Washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. Would stay at this property again.

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Everything was as described and there was plenty of room for our family. Check in was easy and the communication leading up to our stay was very satisfactory. The property is in a great location to access everything in Breckinridge. Great value. Highly recommend.

Short getaway to Breck

We had a great time during our short stay in Breck in this condo. The condo was roomy, clean and well furnished. Our only complaint was there weren't any board games nor any condiments (even salt/pepper). But other than that, the stay was great!

Cozy, convenient condo

Condo was nice. We had a few minor issues that no one was able to fix for us - i.e. fireplace not working, lightbulbs burnt out outside

It was a very nice place and it was clean and close to the slopes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: However in the kitchen there was no frying pan which made it very difficult to cook. Also the TV in the kid‘s bedroom was nonfunctional and only worked for VCR tapes. They should invest in some newer technology

A relaxing vacation experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large, 2 floor vacation home. The cozy gas fireplace put us to sleep after long days on the slopes! Parking garage with elevator provided easy access to car (which was not needed much given how easily we could walk to town). Free ride bus stop is literally out front of the building, which took us straight to the snowflake lift (otherwise a short uphill walk) or beaver run. Beds comfortable, easily sleeps 4, and could sleep a few extras on downstairs couch. No complaints whatsoever! We will return!

Location. Location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year we’ve stayed here, which says a lot. With so many options to stay in Breckinridge, we pick here again. It’s conveniently located to the slopes, bus stop and to town. We moved our car once to travel to Vail, really no need for a car. My boys walked to Snowflake to start their day and I walked into town to start mine :)We had to call management once about something very minor and they were out within a few hours. Great service. The place is clean and had plenty of room for our family of five. If I was FORCED to say something negative, I’d have to say the pot and pans were lacking (no large skillet for eggs or pancakes). But this wouldn’t stop us from coming back!

Well located condo in Breckenridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Solid condo for a family vacation in Breckenridge. Well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, location is central to all things and very walkable. Only drawback is the technology in the condo was pretty outdated - TVs didn’t work very well as they are very dated, WiFi had constant challenges and it took a couple weeks to get a technician out.
