Forest Hollow is nestled in a private Willamette Valley forest in Oregon Wine Country, just 20 minutes from McMinnville's historic downtown. This spacious 4BR/3BA newly remodeled home comfortably sleeps 8 with quality linens and a large dining table for everyone to gather. Rural setting

Guests have private access to the entire home and the surrounding yard, except that the 3rd floor is locked and unavailable for guest use. Self-check-in is easy via a secure keypad. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

Thoughtfully furnished with cozy, updated pieces and earthy design touches, the home feels like a fresh take on a farmhouse-meets-colonial style, surrounded by nature. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the calm forest setting and warm exterior tones, accented by a striking forest-green metal roof.

The main floor is designed to be the heart of the home—perfect for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together. The open living room is centered around a wood stove with a classic brick backdrop and stacked firewood nearby, creating a cozy focal point for evenings in. The space flows seamlessly to the dining area, featuring an oversized table that seats eight, and into the large, fully stocked kitchen with an island and bar seating—ideal for group cooking, shared meals, and slow mornings with coffee.

Also tucked away on the main level is a comfortable bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent full bathroom in the hall. The full bathroom also has a washer/dryer and serves as the home’s main bathroom.

Upstairs offers excellent privacy and separation for families or groups. The spacious primary suite features a private ensuite bathroom and peaceful views of the natural surroundings, making the room feel like a true retreat. Down the hall is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and nature views, plus an adjacent full-bathroom for guest use. At the end of the hallway is the fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair—perfect for remote work or quiet planning time.

Outdoor living is where Forest Hollow truly shines. Enjoy multiple intimate spaces designed for every mood: gather around the outdoor fire pit with lounge seating and cozy blankets for crisp nights, relax near the BBQ just off the kitchen with sun loungers and an umbrella, or dine under the evening twinkle lights at a large outdoor table that seats up to eight. The covered front porch offers yet another peaceful spot to unwind in comfortable lounge chairs while listening to nature and watching the forest life go by. And for even more fun, head to the garage—open the doors and enjoy a game of ping pong.


Forest Hollow is located 20 minutes from downtown McMinnville. You will need a vehicle during your stay. But you do not need 4-wheel drive to get back and forth.

Morning Coffee: Enjoy locally roasted whole bean coffee from Table Top Roasters in Yamhill. In the kitchen, there will be a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, creamer, and sugar.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Open the cabinets and drawers, and you'll find everything you need to whip up a quick meal or cook and bake your favorite holiday meals. The kitchen is also supplied with a spice rack, olive oil, vinegar, BBQ utensils, a meat thermometer, hot-pads, kitchen towels, and extra paper towels.

Dog Friendly: We welcome your dog, and there is plenty of room for them to roam in the fully fenced backyard. (See our dog policy, but if your situation is a little different, don't hesitate to ask management to see if we can accommodate).

Free Parking: As you pull up to the house, there is paved and gravel parking spaces in front of the house. You can easily park up to 4 vehicles.

Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and remote work.

SmartTV: Connect to your favorite app channels, and there are 100's of live TV shows, news, movies, and music.
