My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very smooth and the host was very communicative. I loved the safety & security of this property. The parking garage, fitness center, and pool were added bonuses. We ended up staying additional days and the host had the place cleaned for us. When we returned, it was immaculate. The cleaner even tidied up our belongings. We felt well taken care of staying here. The host checked in frequently and responded quickly anytime we had questions. One of my favorite things at this property was the views. I would sit on the couch at night and just look into the city. To see all the tall buildings, city lights, and night sky was breathtaking. Thanks again for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back anytime we visit Atlanta again. I highly recommend!

I have rented many vrbo places and I have had excellent ratings as a renter. I treat these homes as my own. My experience at this rental was poor. First be aware before you rent that access is all via a phone app which isn’t necessarily a problem but I mention it because it was never explained to me or in the listing and when I called the owner she was terse and really frankly had zero patience. She in fact said that essentially she wanted to get this over with (meaning with any further questions) cause she was busy with her kids. That was how my initial interaction began. Again if you are familiar with the app etc it would not be a big inconvenience. But let’s get to the real heart of the issues with this rental: the state of the rental. The AC was broken, the bathroom sink was broken, no bedside tables, no table to eat on, broken coffee maker, and threadbare bathroom towels and sheets. When I let the owner know about the AC and sink she acted shocked but honestly based on the front office she was aware of at minimum the bathroom. (The front office and the repair man were great). She insisted that I could leave on a Friday night and go to a hotel and get a full refund knowing full well it was all sold out and this was only done so she can report back to vrbo she tried to appease me. It was all to cover her bases. She was extremely passive aggressive. My sense is she knew how inappropriate the state of the rental was, her initial poor attitude and went into damage control.

I’m sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to clarify a few points. Our initial conversation was tense, and I found your approach confrontational from the beginning. Your spouse, on the other hand, was pleasant and easy to communicate with. When you raised concerns about the air conditioning and sink, I offered you the option to leave with a full refund. That was a sincere effort to give you a choice. There were hotel options available at the time, and you were free to select whichever best suited your needs. I would not expect any guest to remain somewhere they felt uncomfortable or too warm, which is precisely why that option was offered. While we have different perspectives on the interactions, I take your feedback about the property seriously.

Clean in a convenient location and safe. We arrived close to midnight after seeing a show and it was nice to feel like the car would be safe in the parking deck and needing to digitally unlock all the doors and elevator made us feel safe.Nice view of downtown, close to Centennial Park and surrounding attractions as well as a short drive to I-75 to get to additional attractions in the Atlanta area.
