Rosa and Miguel are consummate hosts - the unit was just as described and perfectly situated for a 3 day visit to Barcelona. When we booked we received a detailed email with a large list of things to do and sites to see and when we checked in, Miguel again pointed out sites on a handy paper map. They also had treats for us to enjoy! Would definitely book again given the opportunity!Many thanks Rosa and Miguel!

Rosa and Miguel have a lovely apartment situated in a nice area. There are parks, markets and restaurants in easy walking distance. There are 3 A/C units that work perfectly and are very quiet. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen and the bathroom is superb. The living room is a nice size and works perfectly for 4 - 6 people. They are wonderful hosts and spend a fair bit of time with you to ensure you enjoy your stay in the Barcelona area. Thank you!

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood; it's safe and clean, close to the metro and many tourist attractions.The hosts were simply exceptional! They took the time to give us a map of Barcelona and valuable tips for getting around the city. They offered us a fruit basket, wine, and treats upon our arrival. Rosa and Miguel were absolutely amazing hosts. The place is spotless and well equipped with an awesome location to explore the gothic quarter as well as the magic fountain and Montjuic castle.

It was an amazing stay with some perfect recommendations from the hosts. We wouldn't have found the world's best aubergine parmigiana or the fairy themed bar without their recommendations.

Excellent location and hosts

The property owners are very helpful and have thoughtfully stocked the property with basic necessities. The location is a 7 minute walk from Poble Sec metro station. The building is very clean, secure and safe. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Rosa is a wonderful host, she is very kind and helpful. She helped us with many things to see and do while in Barcelona. Her property is close to many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and bus lines. I would highly recommend this property for anyone to stay in.

Miguel and Rosa were great hosts, from picking us up at the airport and supplying the apartment with snacks and drinks to driving us to the cruise port. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and the metro, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment is off the street, so there is no road traffic, but because it faces into a courtyard, you do hear neighbors and dogs, although the sleeping hours are quiet.

Our stay was just perfect. We stayed in Barcelona for 12 nights and found everything we needed in this appartement to cook. Rosa and Miguel were there when we arrived and explained everything, plus they left us several goodies to get us started including coffee and wine. That was such a lovely touch it made us feel like family instead of strangers. The location is perfect not too far from the metro Poble Sec. We bought a metro pass and used that most of the time. Several small groceries less than a five minute walk. We loved our home away from home, and can’t speak highly enough about Rosa and Miguel. They were very friendly and informative and responded quickly to all our questions. We left knowing we had made friends and would be back. We highly recommend this appartement. Muchos gracias!
