Upstairs bathroom has a sink/vanity and toilet only. The downstairs has a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, small dinette, living room has leather recliner couch and chair along with a 55-inch Samsung smart TV/Internet WIFI. Full size bath has a shower only, toilet and sink/vanity. Utility room has an LG washer dryer unit for convenience of guests. Led lighting throughout the house and ceiling fan above stair. The house has on a standalone 1000-gallon water holding tank, all water delivered, providing high quality water. All utilities, internet, trash included. Grocery shopping within 5 miles, Safeway and Three Bear Grocery, Hardware, and gift shopping. Bike paths throughout North Pole make walking and biking easy. Chena lakes recreation area with in 3 miles allows access for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. North Pole is a friendly community with plenty to do in the local area.
