*Family-friendly with wifi; 2 bed/2 bath upstairs, 1 bed/1 bath downstairs, both w/ kitchens/living rooms



*Great spot for families; you can rent both sides



* This is an older property and is not remodeled/luxury in any way

The Space:

The Atol duplex unit 2 is on the right or west side of the building, and is offered as 1 side of the duplex townhome.



Each side has in total 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs space includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the downstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a separate entrance, providing lots of sleeping space for your family. Please note there is no internal stairway to connect the units and this is literally 2 condos for the price of one at the same location! Ultimate privacy! This setup is perfect for combining families or inter - generational travel.



The home has an eclectic beach house vibe, ideal for those seeking a unique experience. If you're looking for brand new property with ultra modern styling, this isn't the spot for you.



On the top floor, the open-concept kitchen flows into the living room, with the bedrooms featuring all new furniture. There is free off-street parking available for 2 vehicles (a golf cart is included in that count BTW if you have more cars please park in City parking at the intermodal center or the post office)



At the end of the street, you can fish in a city-owned area (no guarantee of catching fish haha!) The patio offers chairs for sunset viewing and great bay views on a quiet street that is truly relaxing and “the” reason to stay here. It's just a 1.5-block walk to the beach and public beach access points. The newer pool built in 2023, is a great spot to hang, and the downstairs area opens directly to the pool. While we do not provide a grill to BBQ, you may bring one and use provided it is done in the parking area and not by the pool

This property is pet friendly, but again, please observe no pets in the pool area as there are guests in the other side



A maximum of 12 people are allowed. However, keep in mind that 8 people is a more comfortable number as this space is designed with 3 bedrooms but that is up to you



The master bedroom features a king bed and a small fold-down couch suitable for children. The 2nd bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and an adult-sized double bed on top. The downstairs area has another bunk bed with a double on the bottom, a twin bed on top, and a fold-down couch in the living room. Please bring bedding if you plan on using that fold down couch. The pool and backyard are shared with the other side of the duplex.



Please note:

This property requires a few things after booking is made:



1. The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. You must contact us prior to booking if you are not 25—no exceptions.



2. Please take note we require an E-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. This is required to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. We use Docusign prior to arrival to provide you with a door code, so you must provide your email address. You must attach a photo ID or upload it to messaging to verify you are 25 years of age or older. If you are not, we will not allow you to book unless you contact us first, though it may be possible with additional requirements.



Please contact us prior to making a reservation—not after—as we have a strict cancellation policy. We are fully disclosing this before booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules, as well as submit a Docusign rental agreement contract with a photo ID to age verify.



We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify.



We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, and operate locally as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Door code is provided by 3 pm to the cell phone on file via text message day of check in



We do provide basic toiletries, soaps, trash bags dishwasher pods, etc - though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. While we have the highest level of internet available from Spectrum, wifi connection on the island frequently goes out – please make sure you are aware of this as we cannot guarantee the ‘net’ – this is an Island 



Important: Please read, agree, and understand all house rules prior to booking. We do not offer refunds after booking, so please ask questions beforehand.



Short Term Rental License available upon request .
