The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 3 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.

• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Hot tub hours 9 AM - 9 PM.



• Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs required – Suite B is located on the 2nd floor, the rooftop is located on the 3rd floor.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only there are 5 exterior cameras located on the property. One monitoring each ground floor entrance (front door, side door, back door), one monitoring the courtyard / parking area (including the hot tub), and one monitoring the rooftop.
