** LIVING SPACE**
Upon entering the cabin, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior is tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. The open concept living space features large windows allowing natural light to fill the room. Guests can relax on the large sectional reclining sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (yes, we have a dishwasher!) and dishes needed to make a great meal. We even have a spice rack, sharp knives and a duo coffee maker able to serve up a carafe of coffee or a single K Cup. Dine at the 4-person island with granite countertops. The living room has an electric fireplace, large screen ROKU TV, Starlink internet access, board games, cards and books for a fun game night!

**BED & BATHS**
This beautiful cabin offers 2 master king en-suites. Each master suite is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Soft linens and comfortable furnishings create a peaceful sanctuary for both adults and children. We accommodate up to 4 guests. Both suites include the following amenities. 1 bathroom features a large walk in shower and the second bathroom has a tub shower combination.

** HOT TUB**
For moments of relaxation, step outside onto the expansive deck where you'll find a private hot tub. Immerse yourself in the warm, bubbling water while surrounded by the sounds of nature and the clean and crisp mountain air – a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails or enjoying the attractions of the Smoky Mountains.

This property is located at the end of a long private gravel driveway covered in a canopy of trees. This is a great driveway for taking your pups for a walk. Our 3! pups absolutley love it here.
2 vehicles can park in the driveway.

- Enjoy your meal at the covered outdoor dining table.
- Grill up some steaks or burgers on the gas propane grill
- Soak it up in the Hot Tub!

☆☆ AMENITIES ☆☆

Our cleaning team provides startup supplies which includes hand soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, trash bags, paper towels, dish washer soap and toilet papers. Depending on the length of your trip, you may need to purchase additional items if the initial supply runs out.

☆☆ CLEANING FEE ☆☆

The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens that have been freshly laundered.

☆☆ WINTER ACCESS ☆☆

While it's very rare, during winter storm conditions 4WD may be necessary to access the property. The main road to the property is paved. Long (mostly) flat gravel driveway off the main entrance street. WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. Please purchase travel insurance if this is a concern.

☆☆ HIGH SPEED INTERNET WIFI ☆☆

High speed internet wifi (STARLINK) is offered which supports multiple streaming devices. But because of the mountain region, sometimes there can be outages and we do not guarantee internet would be supported in such unfortunate circumstances. We are not responsible for internet outages or other conditions which are out of our control.

Guest access
Guests will have the whole cabin to themselves.

We do require a Renter Agreement to be signed and completed before check in. You will not receive check in instructions until it is received.
$250.00 Security deposit to be held on customers credit card 3 days before check in. You will receive an external link through your booking platform to set this up.
This is similiar to what happens when you check into a hotel.
This is a HOLD and NOT a charge. You will only be charged if you damage the property or smoke in the home.

Cancellation policy: We follow our cancellation policy that is in place on the platform. PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. This will cover you for unplanned instances such as illness, injury or extreme weather conditions.


Neighborhood overview
Conveniently located near The Great Smoky Mountains, we are within 15 minutes of Bryson City, Cherokee, Dillsboro and Sylva. Enjoy a slower pace of life outside the hustle and bustle of the city, yet just minutes away to all the area attractions.

THE (NOT SO ) FINE PRINT.
-This property is in a mountain area. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm. Also part of our charm is the potential to see wildlife. While we have never seen (or heard) of any local bear sighting, there is always the potential. We also have fox, groundhogs, deer, and snakes. We have the property maintained regularly for pests but you will likely see spiders, mosquitoes, lady bugs and other similar nuisance pests. It is impossible to completely get rid of them but we do our best to keep them down.

-This property has NOTICEABLE ROAD NOISE when outside. Sometimes you hear it inside as well. Some of our friends noticed it and others did not. This cabin has amazing proximity to all the local attractions and towns. It is off of US 74 and across the river, hence the road noise. We are making you well aware that you will hear it outside.

-We are DOG friendly. Absolutely no other "pet" is allowed to stay at this home. $45 pet fee per stay.

-Purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE. We stick to the cancellation policy at the time of your booking. We know things come up and accidents happen you can't control. This is the EXACT reason to purchase travel insurance.
