Beautiful area, close to hiking, responsive host. A couple of small hiccups on supplies but remedied quickly. Can't say enough about the balcony which looks over a green space and where we spent most of our time. Clean, quiet.

The space was very clean and well organized. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we were able to use one of the two on site pools which was very nice. Great location in Scottsdale with easy access to all things. The host was very helpful and communicative, would highly recommend

Communicative, great host. Very responsive and fast. Any issues that come up Jake is ready to take care of it. Plenty of parking, great balcony to drink morning tea or to watch the sunset in the evening. The interior is nicely updated and very stylish. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable.

We had an amazing VRBO stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. The location was excellent—quiet and relaxing, yet no more than 30 minutes from all of our destinations, which made everything so convenient.The space truly felt like a home away from home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved having access to two pools—one at the leasing office and another just behind the building across the street. The patio view was absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful place to unwind.What impressed us the most, though, was our host, Jake. He was incredibly welcoming, provided clear and thorough details, and responded to our messages right away. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we would absolutely stay here again!

Parking can be difficult, and available spaces are often a far walk. Although an assigned parking spot was advertised, it was not consistently available to us, as it was frequently occupied by other tenants. Because of this, we were unable to benefit from that amenity.

My wife and I came for a short stay to visit our son’s family nearby. The 2BR was very attractive and cozy place for us. Super clean. I loved the huge smart TV to watch a football game. We enjoyed taking our granddaughter to the pool and hot tub. The sunset from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment complex is very nice and has a good fitness center. It is very convenient to local restaurants, groceries and shopping. Our host provided us with detailed instructions on finding the building. Like other apartment complexes we’ve stayed in Scottsdale, finding the right building, apartment and parking spot is tricky the first time. Take the time to read it (we didn’t) especially if coming at night. Our host was always responsive to questions and answered promptly.

The host was gracious, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself wasn’t clean. When I arrived, there was a large sticky spill just outside the door that unfortunately didn’t see and rolled all my luggage through, there was still laundry left in the washing machine, there were no towels in the bathrooms, and the bedding appeared unclean. Overall, the house did not feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival.The kitchen was also missing some basic essentials, such as oven mitts or hot pads, which made it feel less well-equipped than expected.The surrounding complex also appeared quite run down. There was a damaged carport that was partially collapsed, which didn’t create the best first impression.While I appreciated the host’s kindness and communication, I do think the cleanliness, stocking of basic household items, accessibility, and overall condition of the property could be improved to provide a better guest experience.
