WOW! Næsten nyt condo indeni. Dette enorme soveværelse plus hule kan rumme op til 6 personer og er beliggende i hjertet af det verdensberømte gaslampedistrikt. Det har 2 balkoner med smuk udsigt over byen. Det ligger i en meget stille bygning beliggende på øverste etage og er en enhed. Køkkenet har granitgulve og bordplader af granit. Lejligheden er fuldt udstyret, så alt hvad du behøver er dit tøj og din tandbørste! Alt hvad du har brug for er inden for gåafstand: en 5 minutters gang til havnefronten, en 1 minutters gang til Gas Lamp District, 5 minutters gang til konferencecentret, 5 minutters gang til Marriott og en 5 minutters gang til Horton Shopping plaza . Du har ikke brug for en bil! . Som en ekstra bonus vil jeg også levere 2 cykler, som du kan bruge efter anmodning. Hvorfor bo på et hotel, når du kan bo i et smukt condo til en brøkdel af prisen !!!!

Quick getaway!

Easy process and great location. Condo could’ve been a little cleaner but overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This unit is in a small little, comfortable subdivision close to everything downtown. We had a seminar at the Marriott and it was easy to walk there, walk to restaurants, walk to the grocery store. Highly recommend, and would stay again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed how close we were to shopping, bars and restaurants. Very walkable downtown area as well as along the harbor. The MIDWAY ship was the best.

Convenient apartment close to everything

We chose this apartment because of the location. We knew some of the places we wanted to go for dinner, several were walkable (within 5 minutes). It was also very easy to Uber to Little Italy, Old Town, the waterfront for champagne brunch cruises and to hang out a little before heading off to dinner. It was convenient to all of the activities we wanted to do. An easy Uber to La Jolla, Balboa Park, Little Italy - basically almost anything you wanted to do downtown.

Great location

The location is great, right in the Gaslamp district and an 8 minute walk to the the San Diego Convention Center and only fifteen minutes from the Airport. Very nice place, clean, quiet and well maintained.

Wonderful property in a very quiet building just off the Gaslamp. Trolley and buses very close . Apartment is very well equipped with all you need. Well furnished. Shawn very prompt response with any queries. Easy walk to Marina. In fact San Diego is a great walking city . Highly recommended

Wonderful condo in the heart of San Diego Gaslamp

We had a meeting at the Convention Center, and began too late to make arrangements. We decided to try a VRBO in the Gaslamp, and it was a terrific experience. The condo was less than a two-block walk to the convention center. The condo was clean and very well prepared for us, and though it was only 1 bd/1 ba, clearly the owner had prepared for a larger group. Air mattresses and linens in abundance, good cable tv, excellent restaurants around (and enough dishes and pots for left-overs in the condo). Security seemed quite good, though we never felt any tension about it. Shawn gave us explicit instructions and everything worked out quite well. Yes, we would do it again.

clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect location

This condo was in the perfect location for exploring downtown and the harbour. We could walk everywhere very easily. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend, and it was very quiet for being in downtown. We would definitely rent here again! Great property close to Convention Center

Great condo, very clean, wonderful amenities. I came for a conference at the convention center, which was a 5 minute walk away. Shawn was very responsive and accommodating, even let me check in early and check out late to coincide with my flight schedule. Definitely recommend!

Perfect amenities and location

No need to rent a car. Walk to everything. Attended a recent convention, and while this was 3 blocks away, I think it was less steps than those that stayed in the actual hotels at the convention center. Building was a block from the gas lamp and just far enough away to not have to hear the nightlife (except St Patty's Day. no one was safe from noise in that area). We had everything we needed right inside the condo or outside in the immediate area. Never paid more than 15 dollars for an Uber/Lyft to anywhere else. Zoo/SeaWorld/Airport/Little Italy, etc...

Comfortable, quiet condo in superb location

Attended a convention during our stay and the condo is about a 5-minute walk from the main Convention Center entrance. Very walkable as far as restaurants, bars and shopping, also. Waterfront and ferry to Coronado are also about a 10-minute walk, so the location can't be beat. The condo itself is clean, comfortable and straightforward, in a quiet building. The owner is very responsive, and I always prefer to deal with the owner versus a manager. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental. In fact I am going to recommend it to a friend who is going to San Diego for a conference next year.

Well located and clean

The condo is well located, in the gaslight district, steps away from the tram and city tour bus, but quiet. Clean, and abundant linens. Great restaurants on the doorstep, no need for a car.

Perfect for business traveler or a Couple

I used to live in SD and this is a perfect location if you are wanting to experience the Gaslamp district and night life of SD. Quiet building with all the amenities you need and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, clubs, etc. Also perfect if you are in town for an event at the convention center. The owner is easy going and responded to all my communications promptly. If bring your car or rental, the parking garage can be a little challenging, but there is street parking also. Other than that this place is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo, super-close to Convention Center and in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter!! : )

We were recently in town for the Optometric Association's annual meeting which was held at the San Diego Convention Center. We had rented another condo for the week, and after staying there one night, knew it was not the place for us. I got back on VRBO.com, and found this gem!! Shawn was wonderful. Not only were we the first guests to stay in his condo, but he was able to get us booked and checked in all within a few short hours. Talk about making things happen at the last minute!! The location was superb. To attend my classes, it took me 6 minutes to walk from the front door of the condo to the classrooms in the convention center. You just can't get any closer than that. Staying in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, everything we needed was right there. Grocery stores, fabulous restaurants and bars, banks, a movie theater, Starbucks, and shopping were all within easy walking distance of the condo. There was even parking in the garage below the building for our rental car, but the rental car really wasn't needed at all. The condo itself was beautiful!! Great kitchen, comfy bed, nice office area to get some work done. Everything in the condo was brand new (we removed all the tags ourselves, hope you don't mind, Shawn). The patio upstairs on the roof with the grill and seating area was a great place to hang out and eat our meals. Shawn was always just a phone call or text away, and very accommodating and fun to work with. We will DEFINITELY return!! Thanks for making our stay in San Diego such a wonderful experience, and especially for making it all happen at a moment's notice. No last minute travel plans for us next time. We know right where to go for the best San Diego has to offer.
