Santa Maria is centrally located, just an hour from Santa Barbara and about 30 mins from San Luis Obispo, Solvang & Chumash Casino! Enjoy being close to beautiful beaches, hiking trails, golf courses & renowned wineries.



The Space:

This recently remodeled home features two spacious bedrooms with plush mattresses, large closets for your belongings, a fully stocked kitchen, and carefully curated decor adding to the overall charm of the space. Each area was designed to make you feel right at home!



The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, like pots/pans, dinnerware, glassware, coffee machine, etc. allowing you the space to whip up your favorite meals. We tried to think of everything so you wouldn't have to! Essential toiletries are provided in the full bath, as well as a full service shared laundry room with multiple washers and dryers.



The backyard is your oasis! Enjoy the covered pergola, relax by the fire pit, lounge in the tree swing, or grill up dinner on the propane BBQ. But wait, there's more! There is a fully functioning gym available for guest use as well!



Please note that the backyard, the laundry room, and the gym are all shared spaces with other guests, but there is plenty of space to enjoy it all!

The Neighborhood:

The Rooftop Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood only a few minutes from the 101. Nearby you will find Alan Hancock College, Marian Regional Medical Center, Santa Maria Towne Center, and you are straight shot to VSFB.



There is no shortage of great restaurants in the area! Santa Maria is centrally located between LA & SF, just an hour from Santa Barbara and about 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, Solvang & Chumash Casino! Enjoy being close to beautiful beaches, hiking trails, golf courses & renowned wineries.



Getting Around:

It is easy to get around by car. Rideshare options and public transportation are both available.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, toiletries such as hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, coffee, salt & pepper, sugar, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is ample parking on the street. Please do not park in the driveway.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

The backyard is completely enclosed for our furry friends. Please note that the backyard is a shared space. The front yard is not available for use.



BEDROOMS:

There are two bedrooms featuring a King bed and two twin beds. The home can accommodate up to 4 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



LAUNDRY:

There is a shared laundry room you will have access to. Please note that there are two additional rental units who will also have access to the laundry room. This is a shared space with shared machines. Please be courteous.



GYM:

The gym is available for all guests in all units to use. Please know there may be other guests using it when you enter. All guests must sign a waiver in the rental agreement in order to use the gym. Guests use at your own risk.



SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are also cameras in the shared laundry room space as that is near a separate entrance for additional units. However, there are NO cameras inside the main home you will be staying in.



RENTAL AGREEMENT:

A rental agreement must be signed upon booking.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.

We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay so please reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all. We will give you your privacy, but we are available to assist with anything you need.
