We stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing. We enjoyed having a quiet place to relax with our family (including 2 littles who couldn't get enough of the kids room.)

Great place to visit our son at JMU for the weekend. Accommodated our whole party and everyone had space. Only challenge was steepness of the driveway, but we managed.

Great concepts through the home. Not as clean as we expected, but the layout and activities were perfect for a large family with kids of various ages. Parking situation was pretty rough. Driveway was too steep for easy access- bringing bags and groceries up was ROUGH! Recommend small fixes and updates, but really enjoyed our stay.

Great rental for families!

We had a great trip and the rental was wonderful! The house had everything we could need and things we didn't even think of. It was geared towards families and the thought and care that went into the spaces to be kid friendly were greatly appreciated. Our boys loved the bunk room, roasting marshmallows and all the games/activities.

Great Amenities for our Family Reunion

This home was wonderful for our last-minute family reunion - plenty of space, a gas grill for hamburgers, and a great wood-burning fireplace. Our adult (but young-at-heart) kids also enjoyed the game room. We definitely hope to come back!

Cocoa Cabin Review

This property was a very nice vacation for my families annual ski trip. We enjoyed the property. The kids enjoyed it as well. The property management was in touch if needed. The only downside was the parking on the steep incline to the property driveway. We would definitely rent it again.

Loved it!

Lovely house in a great location (less than ten minutes from the slopes). We loved the different hang-out areas, the younger ones in the group could get loud in the lower level without bothering us oldies. The hottub great to soak in after ski-ing, and the star gazing was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and nice quality towels & linens.
