This home was absolutely beautiful. The host had just about anything you can think of to enjoy your time there. One of my favorite things was that I was actually able to get a good night's rest, despite being away from home. If I ever make it back, I would definitely enjoy staying there again.

We loved the balcony and pool. A bit too far from beach without a car. Hop on Frog was great. Everything was very clean.

The location was nice. Working with the host was very easy and simple. We had 3 of us and it worked out so well with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Having the balcony looking out to the pool was great

Very clean, close to the pool. Exactly as described and host was very helpful. Condo was nice and having the trolley stop directly in front of the condo was great.

Beautiful condo. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Really appreciate the beach chairs and supplies. Love the Breeze trolley! It was so nice to hop on and not have to worry about driving or parking. We had a wonderful time and would definitely say again.

Great location and immaculate place. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Communication was on point and the property snd condo had everything we needed for a pool and beach vacation. Betsy was the best!!!

It was a lovely space with everything we needed for an easy trip. The beach is close, great options for food. It was great to be able to wash our clothes in the unit and have all the kitchen appliances available too. The unit is in an older building, so sounds from the unit above are easily heard is the only negative I noticed.

Exactly as described. Great access to pool and dock on the bay to fish and watch boats go by. Well equipped with everything you need for a long day at the beach. Would be happy to return.

The beaches were in close proximity and the pool was well maintained. The combination of the two were key to our happy vacation. There is also a beautiful pier for fishing and watching the sunrise. The condo was well appointed and very clean. We did have some problems with the WI-FI going in and out throughout our stay.

This property was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc; salt & pepper, EVOO and coffee too. Lots of blankets and pillows. Beach cart and chairs were great! Location is about a 15 minute walk to public beach entrance. Overall a great rental unit.

We had a great time at the Sunny Beach Retreat! The condo was squeaky clean, had comfortable beds, and all of the amenities you could want. I will say that we did not spend much time at the condo as we were busy exploring, hunting for shark teeth at Venice Beach, and checking out the local attractions. However, we really enjoyed how nice everyone was that we met at the complex and how easy check in and check out was. The space had plenty of room and for a girls trip, we definitely appreciated having full length mirrors in each room along with our own bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again!

I highly recommend this beautiful condo that’s practically on the beach. My family had a wonderful stay. It’s close to all of the shops and restaurants. Plenty of things to do in the area. My family and I will definitely be back!!! The host was extremely nice and everything was very clean. Kitchen came with everything you needed to make a meal. We are huge ocean lovers so we never used the pool but it was a very nice view from our balcony. Host also provided some really fun games in the tv entertainment stand. This condo came equipped with everything to make your vacation memorable. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re visiting the siesta key area!!!!

The condo was clean and modern, was as listed and decorated nicely. It was in a good location. The balcony was nice to sit on for meals and relaxing. The pool was nice. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate for meal preparation and appliances worked well. It was really nice that the owners provide a wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels for going to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we return to Siesta Key.

Awesome place, nicely decorated.Took awhile to figure out tv channels. Loved that trolley stop was right out front. Hike to beach access wasnt too bad. I would stay here again.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. Quick to respond to messages also. The condo was perfectly located and was beautiful. Very comfortable! Linens, beach towels and extras provided. Even a beach buggy. We felt at home the whole trip!Highly recommend a visit!

We did not state that the property has beach access. We noted that the nearest beach access is a short walk away at Beach Access #12. We also said you could take the free trolley so you wouldn’t have to find a parking space.

Our family has a lovely stay at this condo! Kid friendly with my 4 and 5 year old. They had beach toys, fishing gear and a nice large pool. We opted to drive rather than walk to the beach- we visited in October and it was not a busy beach season so parking was not an issue. No keurig but they provided ground coffee which was very appreciated! The condo had everything we needed for our trip. It was very clean and the furniture was comfy. Sarasota and the beaches never disappoint!

This condo is spacious and comfortable.However there were problems with this stay.We never received check instructions and one hour before check-in tried to reach the host for the unit number and code. We then contacted VRBO and eventually received the information.We were two female travelers wanting our own bedrooms and bathrooms so this unit appealed to us. The shower adjoining the queen bed bedroom didn’t have hot water.We reported it and were told a plumber had been called.There was knocking on the door one morning while we were sleeping. Two men said they were plumbers. We weren’t informed that anyone was coming. We scrambled to get dressed. They said they turned up the water heater temperature however still no hot water the whole stay.In addition the air filter is absolutely filthy and needs to be changed.It’s unfortunate that a lovely condo is being serviced in such a manner.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found the condo spacious and comfortable, but I’m so sorry there were parts of your stay that did not meet expectations. The check-in info was provided, but I understand there was confusion locating the unit details, and I did my best to respond and assist as quickly as possible. Regarding the hot water, the hot water heater was checked and was working, I understand it may not have been as hot as you preferred. Since this was Memorial Day weekend the plumber came out the next morning. I do sincerely apologize that I did not provide a more specific arrival time for the plumbers and I did refund you $50 for that inconvenience. I did apologize three times regarding the hot water now this is the fourth time. I believe this guest would be more suited to stay at a hotel instead of an Airbnb. I do not recommend her to other hosts.

Very quiet and well located spot. The pool was nice and barely occupied the entire time, we had a blast with our friends. We visited in an offseason time slot and it was very peaceful but excitement could be found if searched for. The host was very informative about local attractions and events we could attend if we so chose, and we appreciated that level of service!

We had a great time with our family as this place very clean and welcoming with easy check in .Our host was very attentive and had great communication as she responded promptly and answered any questions we had. The pool was very relaxing and the beach is within walking distance. Would recommend to any family looking for a relaxing getaway!
