At no point during your stay were we made aware of concerns regarding the hot tub, cleanliness, maintenance items, or traffic noise. Regarding the hot tub, it is designed to operate within manufacturer safety guidelines and will not heat above 104°F. We also provide detailed instructions prior to arrival and are always available to assist if questions arise. The hot tub is professionally maintained and sanitized between guests, with chlorine levels kept within recommended standards for guest safety. We were also surprised by the cleanliness comments, as our cabin consistently receives positive feedback from guests. While our property offers a rustic Northern Michigan cabin experience, cleanliness remains a top priority, and we have reviewed your comments with our team.
