Welcome to Sunlight Sanctuary, a stunning 4-bedroom home nestled in the picturesque Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This spacious retreat offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, accommodating up to 11 guests and up to 2 well behaved dogs, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking to unwind in a serene mountain setting.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, highlighted by a cozy fireplace and ample natural light that fills the open living area. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or take them outside to the decked area for an al fresco experience.
The property boasts four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm, and 4.5 bathrooms to ensure convenience for all guests. The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a private hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day of adventure, along with outdoor seating and a grill for summer barbecues. Relax in the hammock under the covered deck or chill by the gas fire pit.
For entertainment, the Sunlight Sanctuary includes a game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, dart board and fun bar area. The home boasts an exercise room as well featuring new equipment. The home boasts indoor and outdoor Sonos speakers on all 3 levels. Perfect for your extended stay in Steamboat there is a sunny workspace complete with desk and chair. Those Zoom meetings wont seem so bad with this view. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy movie nights on the smart TV.
Each bedroom has its own designated bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite spa-like bathrooms with walk-in showers and Toto toilets with Washlets. There are remote operated shades in all bedrooms, the kitchen and the living area.
Located just a short drive from the slopes, this home is perfect for skiing enthusiasts, while nearby attractions such as hiking trails, golf courses, and local shops provide endless opportunities for exploration and adventure. One space is available in the attached garage for parking and the driveway has plenty of room for a few additional vehicles. There is also an EV charger located in the garage.
