We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. We came in August when the temperatures were around 100F, and the AC worked extremely well and kept the property nice and comfortable.The pool was clean and a big hit with my kids—they absolutely loved it! The parking was also very spacious and convenient.Our whole family really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back again. Thank you for a great experience!

Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Host was accommodating and cool. The house was clean, organized, and had most of the everything we needed to cook. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner but the backyard area was clean, really nice and spacious. I would definitely book again.

The property was exactly as described, and we had a wonderful stay. It was in close proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the stove was not working properly. I contacted the owner/manager, and they responded and sent someone out to look at it, but we got the impression from the maintenance guy that this was a known issue. We discovered this after having spent hundreds on fresh seafood that we were trying to cook. I understand that these things happen, but if it was a known issue the stove should have been repaired/replaced, or we should have been informed prior to arrival. All of the indicators on the knobs are rubbed off, so you can't tell which knob controls what eye, or whether it is on high, medium, or low and only one of the large eyes worked. It was the smaller of the two, it was hard to regulate temperature, and nearly impossible

This house was perfect for a long weekend in Hollywood. The location was ideal, from the proximity to the airport and ease of getting to other locations. The layout of the home was great for our group. The bathroom to bedroom ratio worked out very well. The pool and backyard was a great addition to our trip. No complaints, but the kitchen could be supplied better with cooking essentials: butter, cooking oil, tin foil. I am very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it for anyone coming to the area!

There are a lot of positives regarding the house I rented. First off it was super clean. You can tell the house has been lived in but obvious efforts were made to make it look its best. Size. Deceptively large from the outside. 5 bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Need I say more. Patio was very nice and accommodating with nice pool. I don’t feel the location can be beat. 7mins to the beach 5mins to downtown Hollywood. Excellent experience.

Excellent setup, close to the beach.

Great set up for our group of 11. Pool area and patio are very nice. Close drive to the beach. Wish the no-see-ums weren't such a problem though. Loved the house.

The home itself needs some updating and renovations. The front room chairs are very low and uncomfortable they really needs to change. We used the pool and once out out skin began to itch. The AC unit is full of dirt needs to clean. The smoke detector battery needs to change kept going off.

The house could be very nice if the owners would take care of it. Everything in the house is made cheap, kitchen needed updates decades ago. Beds are horrible , uncomfortable , marble floor is chipped. They hired the cheapest cleaning service possible , house was dirty. We paid a lot of money for the cleaning, they hired one woman who couldn’t possibly clean that house in a few hours between previous customers departing and new arriving. Bottom line, good bones, bad experience.
