Dette dejlige soveværelse med sommerhus ligger bag hovedhuset på Forest Street. Bare følg fodstien. På verandaen er en vidunderlig cafe bistro område for to at nyde en morgen kop kaffe eller en eftermiddag glas vin. Risa sommerhus har en stor gård med masser af plads til børnene at slappe af komplet med en kullgrill fra verandaen.

Når du kommer ind gennem hoveddøren, kommer du ind i det skræddersyede opholdsrum og spiseplads. Til højre er dronning sovesofa og til venstre er et fladskærms-tv samt en specialbygget spisekrog med bænk pladser på begge sider for at nyde dine måltider. Køkkenet løber langs bagvæggen og har et under-nul rum køleskab og fryser, en helt ny induktions komfur og lille vask. Også placeret over disken er mikrobølgeovn. Passerer gennem til soveværelset finder du en komfortabel queensize seng, med ny madras, indbygget skab med skuffer og badeværelse, der kun har et brusebad med en bænk for din bekvemmelighed. Huset er komplet med en lukket vaskerum facilitet ud for huset samt en lukket udendørs bruser, hvilket gør det nemt at rydde op efter en lang dag på stranden, når du bestiller dette komfortable og bekvemme sommerhus på Forest St.

Excellent location in lovely community

Seaside is an interesting, lovely concept in an idyllic location. In late October we had the entire town, including beach, almost to ourselves. The cottage worked well for the two of us -- it's well appointed and decorated, but it is smaller than a large room in an upscale hotel chain, so I don't think it would work as well for anything more than a couple or perhaps a family with small children.

We sat out on the generous sitting porch where we enjoyed coffee in the morning. The outside shower is large and convenient for a good rinse after a day at the beach. About a 5 min walk to the shops, dining, & entry to the beach.

Small but well appointed.

What a lovely spot. Please be aware that the space is small but you are welcome to use the outdoor living space so it seems bigger!! Everybody is clean and bright. Seating at the table is tight but doable. No dishwasher hence the 4 star in accuracy. We used the grill to cook out, laundry is clean and close. We loved the outdoor shower!! In a quiet part of Seaside with lovely neighbors! I would move in if I could! Close to the beach and to the shops. Lovely vacation in a stunning g spot! We will be back!

Celebrating 13

The description of this property is accurate, as well as having a few welcome surprises. It is small, but fine for us with our granddaughter celebrating her 13th birthday over the weekend. Super clean, offering high quality household goods! By chance we had the opportunity to meet the owners, who are delightful. Ceiling fans in every room and enough outdoor space. The bikes and bag with beach towels were a bonus! Thank you.

Attended a conference - mostly work this time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was great, except that I was confused over the dates, and showed up a day early. It worked out alright in the end.Inside - the mattress is "Memory Foam" that you sink into and are almost stuck to like a bug: it was hard to move around and get comfortable. In addition, the eating area is a café table. I am a little overweight and slightly taller than most people, although I have no problems with airlines seats or restaurants with similar seats, it was disappointing that I did not fit into the seats in the cottage.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not a cottage. It is a 2 room tiny addition to the big house. If they want to call it that fine. It is clean, very well updated. The queen bed is not much bigger than a full bed. Your shower will be short as the water heaters for timer is set for 8 minutes I’m guessing. This was for 6 days just my husband and I. There is some storage. Not much. Don’t expect to buy groceries and have anywhere to put stuff. The chairs on the tiny porch are very comfortable. The view is staring at the tiny addition the neighbors are building. After 20 or more years renting in Seaside this was the worst. This is best for one person or a young couple who travel with a back pack.

Peaceful Private Beach Bungalow

This vacation was set after a grueling volleyball tournament where I didn’t want to think nor did I want to do any problem solving. This property allowed me to be on vacation. It was small but it was perfect. It was tucked in the back and off an alley where there were 2 gates so getting bikes in and out was easy. The house was spotless, and when I say spotless I mean it was the cleanest property I’ve been in. My teenage daughter loved it as did my teenage niece, and quite honestly there is no pleasing those two. They property had a stocked kitchen and bathroom and it was sure easy cook a meal one night as we were exhausted and didn’t want to leave. It was about a 6 minute walk to the town’s center, about a 10 minute walk to the beach where we had private access We utilizes the complimentary bike rentals and those made it about 2-4 minutes to town and the beach. I loved it in this beach bungalow, it was so quiet and peaceful. It allowed me to recharge from the prior week. Communication with the property manager was amazing. They were extremely hospitable, kind, accommodating, and funny. We needing something and they delivered it to the house and interacted with my daughter who couldn’t stop laughing about how funny the person was who made the delivery, she used the words “nicest and funniest person ever”. Great experience will rent again, hopefully soon ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Risa's cottage is lovely. If you know Seaside it is on the same street as the chapel, about 75 yards down the road. That makes it quiet, but a 3 minute walk has you right in the center of Seaside's shops and restaurants.The cottage is small as you'd expect - you would struggle with three adults in it - but for a couple it is perfect. Understated, beachy decor, neat as a pin, and perfectly clean, it presented really well.My issue during this stay was the pull out couch. I slept on it this trip (daughter ran the Seaside half marathon, so Dad generously gave up the main bedroom!), and despite a previous reviewer calling out the poor mattress on the cough, and the management company following up saying it would be fixed, it wasn't. I don't expect a plush experience on a pullout, but I've slept on comfortable versions, and this one wasn't.I stopped by the management office to let them know, they promised follow up from the Risa's Cottage property's manager, and I got nothing. I ended up buying a blow up and slept on it for two nights, which accounts for the rating shown below. Unimpressive.In sum, a well presented cottage in a great location, but choose elsewhere if you think you'll be sleeping on the pull out.

The house is small, but having the outdoor patio for storage of our beach stuff was great. Our oldest slept on the sleeper couch and we were able to fit a pack n play next to the bed in the bedroom.

Great location excellent stay!

The college has a great location, the management staff was excellent and communicated very well. Could not have asked for more Wood highly recommend.
