Welcome to your perfect family beach getaway! Located just steps from the ocean, this spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Enjoy a private pool, four balconies, and a fully stocked kitchen with ample space for gathering and dining together. After a sun-filled day at the beach, unwind with a refreshing swim, relax on one of the balconies with ocean breezes and sunset views, or grill dinner on the Blackstone for an easy evening at home.

We have thoughtfully stocked the home with many of the extras families appreciate most, including beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, boogie boards, beach toys, bikes, books, games, linens, towels and more to help make your stay comfortable, convenient, and relaxing.

Recently purchased and thoughtfully prepared for guests, the home was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Spacious living areas and an elevator provide easy access between floors, while each bedroom features its own private bathroom, creating the perfect setup for families or multiple guests traveling together.

Perfectly situated in Brigantine's highly desirable A-Zone, you'll be just one block from restaurants, bars, ice cream, boutique shops, and take-out options, while still enjoying the peaceful feel of a residential beach neighborhood. Families will especially appreciate being only four short blocks from the popular Shark Park Playground and just the third home from the beach.

Brigantine offers the best of both worlds, a friendly small-town beach atmosphere with parks, shops, and dining, yet only a quick drive over the bridge to Atlantic City's entertainment, casinos, and nightlife.

We had a wonderful time during our week here! The house was spacious and well accommodated. They have everything we could have needed and more! Perfect location for beach access and walking for coffee, ice cream and restaurants. There are very few rentals in Brigantine with a pool so that was a wonderful bonus! Anastasia was very responsive and wonderful to plan with! Thank you!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 child had a wonderful week’s stay here. There was plenty of space and privacy for all of us to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, yet gather together for eating and other activities on the main/second level comfortably and to enjoy the pool area as well. The property was well maintained, and having the elevator and close proximity to the beach were a real help. The quiet location was nice, getting around town easy, and this uncrowded clean section of the beach/ocean was perfect. The hosts were extremely welcoming, provided necessary information in advance, and were very prompt and responsive to any and all inquires, It was our first experience with VRBO and we would go this route again for planning future trips.

Summer Joy in Brigantine!Our very large family ranging from senior adults to a 1 year old child enjoyed the splendor of this amazing home. Just steps from one of the best beach fronts on the island, this home was perfect for a family vacation. The pool provided a post beach day relaxation and the family room/ kitchen and dining room fulfilled our dinner needs. It is walking distance to some of the most iconic Brigantine attractions including the meat market, bakery and ice cream shop. Most notably, the house is full of the most meticulous attention to detail. Amazingly clean, neat and full of love and care. By the second day we felt this beautiful house had become our own home. A big heartfelt thank you to the owners for providing us with a vacation we will always remember.

Location was excellent! Beach entrance was right out the door and my kids were able to walk to Richman’s icecream & McHughs pizza…all a couple blocks down the house.House was modern and layout was nice. We didn’t really use the pool but it was nice to have available-Clean and well-maintenaned.Just a couple things you should know if you do rent this house: depending on when you stay you may need to drop kitchen garbage/recycling at the public works lot (not far). So don’t load your car before Checking out and double bag the garbage bags. Also bring beach towels- they did not have them at the house but the owners responded right away and offered to purchase for a fee.Owners were very nice and welcoming- super fast at communicating. We had an amazing time and the location was incredible. Highly recommend!

We are from West Chester, Pa and have been vacationing in Brigantine with our three daughters for more than 10 years. Over the years, Brigantine has become such a special place for our family, filled with countless beach days, family dinners, bike rides, and memories together. We purchased this home last summer and quickly fell in love with everything about it. Since becoming owners, we've thoughtfully prepared the home for our family and for guests to enjoy as well. As new VRBO hosts, we are excited to begin welcoming families to our beach home and are committed to providing a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. The ocean views from the second and third floors are breathtaking, and you will find our home both comfortable and conveniently located near everything Brigantine has to offer!
