Spacious, bright 5-bedroom in Anchorage with hot tub & great outdoor space!
HUGE, family or large-group friendly space(s). You'll love the convenience & cozy finishes in this sweet duplex.
BOTH (2 separate!) units are yours. 2 living spaces, 2 full kitchens, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of free parking with 2 oversized driveways. Located in a quiet, established east Anchorage neighborhood, close to trails, and just about a mile from Cheney Lake.
Bedroom setup: 5 bedrooms with 1 King sized bed, 4 Queen sized beds, and 2 sofas with Queen pullout beds in the adjoining living rooms.
To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations out of the way first:
- This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted inside our property. Guests who smoke must dispose of all butts properly. Fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking left behind.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation.
- Guests must be able to navigate steps into both units.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
This listing is for BOTH units in a townhome style duplex, the space is about 2200 square feet total with 5 bedrooms, two spacious living/dining areas, two kitchens, and 3 bathrooms (two in one unit, one in the other please note that there are two bath/showers, one of the bathrooms is a half bath)
The spaces are adjoined via the interior with a locking door between the living rooms. There is nice flow between units, and each has a separate exterior entrance.
We've included everything you need for an easy, breezy stay. You'll find 2 Smart TV's - one in each living space (Please note, guests may use their own login information to utilize the streaming service of their choice, we do not have cable). All of the bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, quality linens and room-darkening window coverings to block that bright Alaskan midnight sun on those long summer nights!
You'll have access to the hot tub, fire pit and seating area, two propane grills, two decks, the large yard, and two large driveways for parking.
If you're inclined to stay in touch with the office, you'll appreciate the unlimited high speed WiFi.
*** 10 guests sleep comfortably in the existing beds with mattresses provided but please NOTE: This space *can* accommodate up to 14 max, with the additional queen pullout sofas sleeping two guests each. There is an extra guest fee of $10/guest per night after the first 10 guests, and we do require an accurate guest count. We also have a pack 'n play available for our littlest guests, please ask if you need it.***
When booking this listing, you have access to all units, two driveways, and areas of the house except for the garage - garage is strictly off limits to guest parking, however guests may access it to utilize the garbage cart.
