Welcome to Zone 2 of Logan`s well-sought-after Casa Cliffside! Spacious downstairs flat with just under 1700 square feet of living area.
This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the lower level only, including two off-street parking spaces and the backyard. Tenants reside above. *Garage is not included

Step into a homey, open living area where everyone has room to gather. Whether you`re here for work, study, or a peaceful getaway, you`ll find everything you need. The unit features a separate, dedicated office space, free Wi-Fi, and a private backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring all that Logan has to offer. Thoughtfully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, memory foam mattresses, and complimentary toiletries, this unit ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

ANIMAL-FRIENDLY: Please be courteous to our upstairs neighbors and mindful of your pets` noise levels. We kindly request that your furry companions be well-trained, well-attended, and thoughtfully cared for during your stay. We allow a max of 3 animals.
BRING YOUR OWN LOGIN: We provide two TVs, both equipped with streaming services. Guest will need to provide their own logins to access the specific service.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front entrance doorbell and the side of the home.
