This photos shown in the listing well reflect this unit. If you are looking for the most modern of finishes and furniture - keep looking. But - this unit has everything you want for a great stay in Ocean Village. Well stocked. Great patio overlooking hole#1. Minutes from the pool and the beach. Communications from property manager is outstanding. A great value.

Wonderful Condo Community and Accommodations

Ocean Village is wonderful! The accommodations are great, the amenities (pools, beach, activities) are great, and the management agent was superb. We are really looking forward to staying there again!

Perfect spot

This one bedroom unit is perfectly placed near all the amenities Ocean Village has to offer. It has 2 beds in the bedroom which is nice, too. Updates would be welcome, but it is cozy and functional for a great vacation spot. The owner is wonderful and easy to work with.

Cozy cottage retreat

This is our fourth time staying in this condo and every time gets better than the time before! This is a charming and cozy place to stay. It is fresh and beautiful and oh, so clean! The owner is a delight to work with! Great place to go!

Best vacation ever!

The property itself is lovelier than the pictures! The location is magnificent, we can see the ocean from every window and the condo is spacious and cozy. And so clean! Can’t wait to get back there next year!

Great time!

We had a wonderful time once again at Ocean Village and this lovely beach cottage. Marianne is a great hostess!! This is the second time we stayed here. We spent two months this year and couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful View and a great condo

This condo had everything we needed.... a slice of a view of the ocean, a comfortable lanai, and all the comforts of a kitchen stocked with the cooking tools we needed. Thank you for a great stay where our family made more memories!

The best vacation we ever had!

We were blown away by the beauty of our stay! The condo was absolutely adorable and cleaner than clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated! The view of the ocean from every room was incredible and we felt totally at home from the first day. We have booked it for next year already and are telling our friends about it! The owner has been wonderful to work with as well. We can’t wait till next year!

From our conversations, it seems that you both have begun to discover some of the many hidden treasures (things to do) while you are "relaxing on our private beach". My family got a big laugh when they heard that your husband plans to bring his "real fishing gear" down when he comes next year so that he can catch some really big fish (Pompano, Schnook, etc) because during the summer time, that is exactly what they do almost every night after dinner. Our family takes an after dinner walk down to the beach and those who want to partake attempt to catch what they can for that week's "fish fry". Perfect!

This was the perfect place to bring our family for our Florida trip. The condo was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The proximity to everything else at Ocean village (pool, restaurant, etc.) cant be beat. And Marianne was so wonderful to work with. We have already made plans to stay again next year. Highly recommended!!!!

Charming and completely relaxing!

Absolutely wonderful!

This property was everything we hoped for. The descriptions and pictures of the property were right on. No unwelcome surprises. It was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the balcony, watching the golfers and the view of the ocean. Marianne was wonderful and was there for us if we needed her. And Ocean Village is a beautiful, secure property. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The Best communication

We did not get to vacation due to corona virus. Marianne could not have been anymore nice or helpful. We did reschedule and every time I talked to her she was so kind. She always kept saying we just want renters to come and enjoy themselves and relax. We are sure we will love it when we get to go.

The perfect getaway!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the cottage, and we love it! It's got a great view of the golf course, pond and ocean, parking is a cinch, there's plenty of storage, and the 2nd bathroom vanity/sink is so helpful for getting ready. The proximity to the pool and ocean are perfect... not too far to run back to the cottage to get a snack or a drink, then head back for more fun. We've been there during the pandemic when the tiki car was closed (so proximity to the pool was necessary) and this year, when we could get all the drinks and food from the Tiki bar (which we loved). This is not a fancy condo - it is a beach cottage condo and it's very comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. The host is VERY responsive and makes check in/check out so easy! We will definitely return to the cottage in the future!

Beach Vibe!!

This place is perfect! If you are looking for a beach vibe, this is the place to be. The view is spectacular… you have the golf course, the pool and the ocean all in one view from the veranda. We spent so much time out on the veranda. When it cooled off at night, we were able to open the windows and hear the surf from our unit. The host is so accommodating… I had a few questions upon my arrival, during my stay and at my departure mostly having to do with recommendations and a rental car situation. She was so accommodating and quick to respond. The unit has everything you could possibly need to cook a meal for a large group or just for a couple. Plenty of space and it’s nice that there are two sinks… One in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. The complex has so many wonderful amenities as well… It’s a very quick walk down to the pool and to the beach. After spending just a couple of days, we immediately booked again for next year! This is going to be our go-to spot!

When we first arrived after we had moved in I went to wash my hands and there was no hot water. I look in the closet where the hot water heater was located and found that someone had turned the valve off on the outgoing pipe. I turned it on and we had hot water. My wife went to open the sliding doors where the washer was and the door fell off the track and couldn't be put back into place. Called the owner and she said that happens! I looked outside of our sliding door windows I noticed scaffolding constructed on the unit next to us and wondered what might be going on. It was peaceful and quite on the Saturday and Sunday. Then on Monday morning at nine o'clock we were shaken by jackhammer and hammer noise. VERY LOUD NOISE!!! I went outside to talk to the construction workers and they said they would be working from 9-4 Monday thru Friday for the next 6-8 weeks!! I asked if the scaffolding next to our unit would be moved in front of our unit and he said probably in 3-4 days!! We stayed for 3 more days hoping it wouldn't be so noisy. But ever day a 9 in the morning the jack hammers would start!! We contacted the owner about the construction and she said that she had forgotten about it?? We told her that we were going to leave as soon as we could find another place to stay. luckily we were able to get another place thru Ocean Village Realty. She refunded the money less the 5 days we stayed there. I'm requesting that you reimburse us 80% of your fees due to our inconvenience!!

Family visit

Found this place on vrbo. Unexpected trip. The owner was wonderful. Very helpful when I needed more time. Lovely location with view of ocean from balcony. Local supermarket, easy access to downtown Fort Pierce.
