Penthouse West is a private third-floor studio at the top of a newly built home in a peaceful West Asheville neighborhood. It has its own entrance and is reached by two flights of stairs. High ceilings and windows on three sides fill the studio with natural light. The open layout includes a king bed with cotton sheets, a down comforter, and blackout curtains, along with a smart TV, record player, vinyl collection, board games, and dining table.

The kitchenette includes a large refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, French press, and toaster. There is no oven, but the setup works well for breakfast, reheating leftovers, and simple meals. The bathroom has a spacious glass walk-in shower with a rainfall head and mountain-facing window, plus generous storage, plush towels, and quality toiletries.

The private balcony has two comfortable chairs facing the mountains, with views at both sunrise and sunset. Haywood Road’s restaurants, breweries, shops, and nightlife are within walking distance
