Arbor Trace 723 på Barefoot Resort er den perfekte Myrtle Beach familieferie. Denne 2 soveværelser, 2 bad 2. etage gå op ejerlejlighed er beliggende i North Myrtle Beach og sover en familie på seks. Det store soveværelse har en konge, det andet soveværelse har to tvillinger og stuen har en sovesofa. Dette condo kommer fuldt udstyret med alle apparater og har også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til din brug.

Nyd puljen ligger en kort gåtur væk, og der er også et grillområde for at tilberede din middag. Du har også adgang til den største ioniserede pool i South Carolina placeret på North Tower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in process is horrible. I never got an email about a lock box or codes. It took 3 hours to get in the room. Now that I know how it works it won’t be so bad. As I was leaving I saw another couple doing exactly what we went through. They were talking to vacation rentals and could not understand the representative. So I showed them how to do it. Ps. Patty that works in the office was very professional and helpful

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation started off pretty rocky, When we got to the condo the passcode didn't work and there was no Verizon cellular service to call the office. Thankfully we had the wifi password to the condo and were able to connect our cellphones to call the office. After multiple calls we got through to someone that was able to update the door passcode and got us in to start our vacation. Once we entered the property was perfect for our family of 4. Only thing we wished we had was a working remote for the kids room and a smart TV in all the rooms. Life is so spoiled now that I don't want to watch commercials. Only other issue we had was trying to get access to the north pool, we could not figure out where to park and the day we went we couldn't find anyone to ask for help.

We booked last minute. The area was very nice. The Barefoot community is beautiful. All kinds of safe walking/biking paths. We only did activities off property. The location was great and quiet in the evenings. We arrived late at night. Picked up info packet from lock box. The code for the unit provided did not work. We had to call to get them to reprogram the code so we could get into the unit. Do not expect to use the pull out couch as a bed. The mattress was so thin and worn out. You could fill every spring in the mattress. It was filthy. The furniture in the living room was worn out. Needs to be cleaned. The throw pillow cover for chair had a hole in it. There were food crumbs in the chair. The carpets need to be cleaned. Walking on it throughout the week. The bottom of white socks are not white anymore. The towel rack in the main bathroom was broken. Lightbulbs were out in that bathroom. On a good note - all of the appliances worked in the kitchen. Overall - the property needs some attention and updating.

I'm not sure what to say

Check in was easy, no problems! Upon arrival to the room, in general it was clean. There was some things that was not done. There was candy on the floor, you could clearly see the floor wasn't vacuumed all the way. There was underwear still left in the wash machine and the towel holders are cracked. The one in the hallway completely broke, but they fixed it. The TV remote didn't work so we had to manually change the stations and the last things was the wash machine breaking in the middle of my cycle. No one came to check it out and there is no way it just broke the first time I used it. The neighbors were irritating. The next door neighbors to the left played music at disrespectful times, to 2am and the other times starting at 4am. Who does that? Disrespectful and of course the office could do nothing about it. The people above me had a little kid that they just let run back and forth and jumped everywhere. I finally had to say something to them and to the next door neighbors. Both eventually stopped, but why should I have to say something. I probably would stay at the site again, but not at this unit.

Peaceful, enjoyable and great location.

It was a great experience. Very comfortable condo, beautiful area, only 10 minutes to the beach. Barefoot Landing was very close and had great shops and restaurants and a fun pirate ship for our grandson to play on. Would love to go back again. Our son-in-law enjoyed fishing almost every day at ponds and piers.
