Danielle, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your vacation. We are pleased to hear that you and your family had a great time. Like all of our properties, this unit is on a regular pest maintenance program. Palmetto bugs are often confused with roaches and we suspect they are what you saw as they can sneak in through open doors and windows. We hope you will join us again soon. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Great trip!

Loved the condo, the location is perfect, the pools are awesome, loved the restaurant, great entertainment, the food was excellent! Very easy to book, check in and out. The condo wasn’t super clean though. Feel like they need a new maid service. If it was cleaner it would of been perfect!

Highly recommend

I have no complaints about my stay. The condo looked like it was recently updated, it was very clean and has a great view of the pool area and ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived late, almost midnight, security answered my call quickly and met me at the front desk with my check in packet. I would definitely stay here again.

Destin oasis

Our stay was lovely! The condo was as pictured, clean and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed. Check in was easy. The property has a nice coffee shop and restaurant/bar. Large pool is not heated and was too cold to use, but the smaller pool was heated nicely and the hot tub is large. The beaches and the ocean water are so clean and beautiful! Many restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. We would stay here again!

Great modern unit.

The unit and location was great. Only complaints were that the tv remotes were dying so we were at the mercy of the remote to watch tv especially in master bedroom and the comforter on the top bunk had some little blue dots stuck to it that actually grossed my 12 year old out. Otherwise perfect.
