The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating and opens directly to the outdoor patio, where you’ll find a grill and additional seating, ideal for al fresco dinners after a day at the beach.

The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, TV, dresser storage, private patio access, and a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Also on the main level is a guest bedroom with a king bed, TV, closet, and front patio access. The adjacent guest bathroom, accessible from both the hallway and bedroom, has been thoughtfully updated with a stunning walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the second guest suite offers two double beds, a TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination — perfect for kids or additional guests.

On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. Beach is less than 1.5 miles from the condo. Take the cart all the way to the beach!

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.

Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
