Resort-Style Amenities:
Enjoy our exclusive waterfront pool, complete with a pool bar and sundeck furniture, ideal for soaking up the sun.

Comfort and Convenience:
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking delicious meals, air conditioning throughout the apartment, a cozy dining room, and a living room with a smart TV, board games, a Bluetooth speaker, and incredible ocean views.

Our apartment is located on the third floor and there's an elevator to access it.

Spacious Accommodations:
With three beautifully decorated bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom includes a dedicated workspace for your convenience. Wake up to gorgeous ocean views from the comfort of your bed!

Family-Friendly:
We provide a portable crib and mattress, high-chair, diaper genie (no bags), inflatable baby tub, and children's dinnerware to accommodate families traveling with little ones.

Guest Welcome Book:
Upon arrival, you will find a guest welcome book located above the dining room console table. This book contains essential information to make your stay wonderful, including rental policies, emergency contacts, Wi-Fi access, local attractions, transportation options, shopping, house amenities, and check-out procedures.

Drinking Water:
Please note that water from the faucets should not be consumed. We provide drinking water, and additional water jugs can be purchased from the security guards at the entrance booth. Each jug costs $40 Mexican pesos (roughly $2 US dollars) and must be paid in cash. You can also buy ice bags from them.

Dining Options:
There are no restaurants within our community, but many restaurants offer delivery directly to the apartment. There are also great dining options within driving distance. A list of recommended restaurants is included in the guest welcome book.

No Pets Allowed:
Please be aware that all pets are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community, due to community rules. Bringing pets can result in hefty fines.

Cleaning Services:
If you would like the apartment to be cleaned during your stay, we can arrange that for an extra cleaning fee.

Additional Space:
For extra room, we offer an additional space upon request (for an extra charge). This separate room, located just outside the main unit, features a hammock for sleeping and an extra full bathroom, though it does not have air conditioning.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of some closets, used for storing supplies. There are two assigned parking spaces provided for free.

Other things to note:
Please be aware that power outages are not frequent, but can occur in this area. In case of a power outage during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your comfort. We have provided battery-operated fans with the ability to charge cell phones and other mobile devices, and a flashlight for your convenience.
