All the condos in our community (and most in the surrounding area) do have several sets of stairs, so we like to make sure guests are aware. We are so glad you enjoyed the condo - we work hard to make sure all our properties (we handle 4 condos in this community) are well-maintained, fully stocked and comfortable! We do shut down hot tubs often during a few months during summer when temps are above 95 degrees, and we did note it in the listing and when you booked. The rate is also discounted to reflect no hot tub. Come back and stay with us again! You were great guests!

We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, amenities, easy ski access, and the little extras—we try hard to make guests feel comfortable and well cared for, so it means a lot to know those were appreciated. We also truly appreciate your notes about the fabric softener scent and the stairs. While it doesn’t affect most guests, we understand how important scent sensitivities can be and are grateful you brought it to our attention. We wanted to note that we stopped using fabric softener and dryer sheets several months ago; however, we do provide complimentary Downy scent beads for guest use, which could explain some lingering fragrance. Your comments about the layout and stairs are also very helpful for future guests when planning their stay. We’re happy you had a good stay overall. We have five properties within the community, so please feel free to look us up if you return to the Salt Lake City area—we’d love to host you again.
