You’ll have one reserved parking spot and it is right next to the building, but if you are driving more than one car there is free street parking available.

Important Notice Regarding A/C and Heating:

Our building uses a centralized climate control system. In the warmer months, all units receive air conditioning, while in the colder months, the system switches to heating only.

If you’re staying during the winter, keep in mind that the thermostat will only control heat—cooling won’t be available during this time. I do provide extra fans and extra accommodations if needed..
