1. ALL our reviews over past 3 years have been 5* except 3 were 4*. 45 reviews without a single one of these complaints. 2. All info about property mentions that it extends across a highway. "Go straight across the lawn toward the lake to the white stairs down to the highway. "Across the highway to your left are more stairs with white railings." 3. They had the address and could have determined on MAPS how far from the Village and Dreams Park in 30 seconds. 4. Downstairs tub is antique. Upstairs is an oppulent large Jacuzzi with brass fittings. But they never went upstairs. 5. Our daughter, a national expert on mold, stayed there the following week and said "no mold in this house." 6. Our guy let them in the house and saw husband yelling at wife, "I wanted a modern house, and you got this???" He clearly had not looked at our website, any photos, or our letter with property info. Our guy felt so sorry for Hanh, the wife.

We list and describe 4 bedrooms and never claim the laundry room as a bedroom, even though it has 2 single beds. Our review just stated the facts.

As you noted, this Victorian takes you back in time with its grand and stately style, it's pretty decor, antique furnishings, and inviting front porch which takes in sweeping views of the lake. Hi LeAnn, We appreciate you posting a review for us after your visit. It is valuable feedback such as yours that helps us improve to provide the best possible guest experience. You are right, this house is immaculate and full of lovely antiques which all help to create the "stepping back in time" feeling the owners wish to evoke. We do agree, this is ideal for adults and teenagers although we welcome children over 5. I am sorry to hear that the water temperature was not adequate. We would have been happy to send our trusted handyman right away to resolve the issue for you just as he did with the washer. Gratefully we have not had any issues since. As you stated, the other shower is a bit taller to step over as it is also a deep & luxurious whirlpool tub. Ultimately, it sounds like you found the house to be accommodating and we hope you found time to relax on our comfy chaise lounge chairs on our private lakeside dock, and to swim in our crystal clear waters.
