- The deck has a dining table and four chairs and two upholstered regular chairs
- The entrance opens up into the living room with a sectional couch and 55 inch TV
- There is an indoor dining table with 2 chairs
- The kitchen has a bar with 2 bar stools, full refrigerator, full oven/stove, microwave, and kitchen supplies
- Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and closets.
- The full bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination
- The living room, front bedroom, and outdoor porch has excellent views of the lake
- The property includes two other apartments. The porch and firepit closest to the apartment are for the exclusive use of this apartment.
- The beach has two additional firepits, the firepits and 70 foot lake access beach are shared only with the other apartments at this location. This is a private beach (not a public beach) which is hard to find on Portage Lake!
- The porch is less then 150 feet from the lake. There are no roads or obstructions between the apartment and the lake.
