Welcome to this one-of-a-kind handmade retreat in Palm Beach Gardens! Perfect for RV travelers and motocross lovers, with a massive driveway and full RV hookups (electric + tank). Enjoy a unique studio setup with a kitchen and living area upstairs and a cozy living area, bedroom and laundry below. Relax on the balcony or ground-level lanai garage/patio by the pool. This custom-crafted home is full of charm and built for comfort, convenience, and adventure.

Any violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without prior notice or refund. By confirming this booking, guests agree to abide by all house rules, terms, and conditions listed.
1.) No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the apartment, back patio, shared outdoor spaces, lounge areas, lanai, and driveway.
2.) Guest Limit & Visitors: Only those listed on the booking are allowed to stay overnight. The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. The property is not an event facility, and there is a limit on additional visitors at any one time. For any visitors beyond those staying overnight, please inquire with the host in advance.
3.) Liability: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities. The host is also not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or that of others whom they invite.
4.) Children: Children are welcome with the following stipulations:
Guests are responsible for any necessary “baby-proofing.”
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly in outdoor and pool areas.
5.) Toilet Use: **SEPTIC** Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush any other items, even if labeled `flushable.` Any plumbing damage from improper use will be charged to the guest.
6.) Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.
7.) Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Should the property require a deep clean beyond what is customary, additional charges will be applied based on our cleaners’ guidelines if the property is left in an excessive state.
8.) Wear & Tear: The home may show signs of typical wear from frequent use, such as worn carpets, faded curtains, missing blinds, and minor wall scuffs. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable expectations, and no refunds will be given for wear and tear.
9.) Pool Rules: No glass is allowed by the pool area; violations will result in additional fines.
10.) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. For the comfort of others, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
11.) Parking: Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas. Parking on the grass or blocking sidewalks is prohibited and may result in towing at the guest’s expense.
12.) Management & Maintenance: This property is privately owned but managed by AirLuxe Management. We will address any major equipment or appliance issues during normal business hours. Refunds or price adjustments cannot be issued for maintenance issues; however, we will work diligently to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
13.) No Refunds for Service Interruptions: Refunds will not be issued for issues outside our control, such as weather, early check-out, or maintenance interruptions. In cases of severe property damage or property sale, AirLuxe Management reserves the right to substitute this accommodation with similar or superior lodging nearby, if available.
14.) Pool Liability: AirLuxe Management and the property owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages or losses of any kind arising from this agreement. Additionally, AirLuxe Management, the property owner, and any homeowners association shall not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from the guest`s use of the swimming pool or any area inside or outside the home. Swimming is at the guest’s own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Absolutely no diving is allowed.
15.) Customer Support: Any issues should be reported to us within 24 hours. During business hours, our team is available to address guest requests and will prioritize emergencies such as AC issues, water leaks, infestations, emergencies, power outages, and access problems. Only emergencies will be responded to between 5 PM and 9 AM. Non-emergency after-hours service calls may incur fees if a staff member attends the property.
16.) Lost and Found: Any lost and found items left at the home (if found) will be kept for 30 days. After 30 days, items are donated.
17.) Pool Service: The pool is serviced and there will be someone coming in the backyard to do this. They must be allowed to enter.
18.) Lawn Service: The lawn is serviced and there will be someone coming in the backyard to do this. They must be allowed to enter.
19.) Pest Service: Pest Control is serviced and there will be someone coming in the backyard to do this. They must be allowed to enter.
20.) Wildlife: Due to Florida`s subtropical climate, critters like palmetto bugs and small lizards are common and do not indicate a cleanliness or infestation issue. We take proactive measures, including monthly pest control treatments, to keep these out of your space, but occasional sightings may still happen, especially in warm or rainy weather. By booking, guests agree that the appearance of native wildlife does not impact the cleanliness, safety, or enjoyment of their stay and cannot affect the property rating. Our team is always available to address any concerns as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
21.) Guests who request refunds are not permitted to leave a review. Reviews must reflect the quality of the property and the stay itself, not the outcome of any refund requests. This ensures a fair and objective review process for both guests and hosts.
