Welcome to The Gatsby, our art deco family retreat. This stylish 4 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 12, making it the perfect getaway space for large groups and multiple families. Between the one-of-a-kind decor, the pirate kids room, the game room full of games, the huge outdoor firepit area, and the treasure sandpit, this house is fun for the entire family.
The space
The property offers a large driveway that comfortably fits several cars, plus allows for additional street parking.

As you walk in, you are greeted by the large art deco style great room, complete with living room space, dining space, and breakfast bar. Enjoy a cocktail by fireplace light while listening to one of our many vintage vinyl records on our old fashioned replica phonograph.

To the left of the living room is the oversized pirate themed bunk room, complete with 6 twin size beds.

Near the front of the house is the primary bedroom suite, which features three oversized closets, a comfy king sized bed, and attached private bathroom.

Down the hall you will find two more bedrooms, each with queen sized beds, plus another full bath.

Off of the kitchen is the game room, which offers an air hockey table, standup arcade game, Super Nintendo system, plus tons of board games. The space also features an additional dining space, perfect for the little ones, and a bar area.

In the back yard you will find a huge outdoor firepit area big enough for the whole family, plus a sand pit full of buried gold for the little pirates in the family.

The Gatsby is nestled on a huge fenced in corner lot in desirable East Pensacola Heights, and is located within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. Only 17 minutes from Pensacola Beach and 9 minutes from Downtown.
