Inside, the home offers plenty of space for everyone. The main level features open living areas and access to outdoor entertaining spaces. The finished basement includes a second living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry—ideal for multifamily stays or an in-law suite.

No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. If you choose to smoke, please use the designated smoking area located by the mailbox near the road.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Sound carries easily across the water. Out of respect for our neighbors, many of whom have young children, please keep voices and outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours. We also kindly ask that profanity be kept to a minimum.

Treat Our Home Like Your Own

Please respect our property, furnishings, and belongings as if they were your own so future guests can enjoy them as well.

Wet Towels & Wet Bodies Stay Outside

Please avoid bringing wet towels and dripping swimsuits indoors. Use outdoor areas to dry off before entering the home.

Screened Porch Safety

Please do not lean, sit, or push against the screened-in patio enclosure. The screens and framing are not designed to support the weight of a child or adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Outdoor Furniture Weight Limits

* Maximum weight for outdoor chairs: 350 pounds per chair
* Maximum weight for the swinging bench: 400 pounds total

Please use all furniture as intended and be mindful of these limits to help prevent damage and injuries.

Sunscreen + Furniture: Please allow sunscreen to fully absorb before sitting on indoor and outdoor furniture. Mineral sunscreen can leave difficult-to-remove white/oily marks. If sunscreen gets onto furniture, please wipe the area promptly with a clean, damp cloth. Thank you for helping us keep the lake house looking beautiful for every guest!

Accidents Happen

We understand that accidents can occur. If something is damaged or broken during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

Safety & Liability

Guests use the home, dock, lakefront, outdoor amenities, and furnishings at their own risk. Children should be supervised at all times, especially near the water, dock, stairs, screened porch, and outdoor areas. By staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those in their group.

The property owners assume no liability for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during your stay, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Failue to Follow Rules

Failure to follow house rules, including violations involving smoking, excessive noise, unauthorized parties, property damage, or misuse of the property, may result in a fine of up to $500, amount determined by the owner.


Please note: This is a family lake community. Exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices are in use. Violations of house rules, including smoking, parties, excessive noise, or unauthorized guests, may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
