The Space:

Soft ocean light filters through the windows as the breeze drifts in from the lanai, carrying the rhythm of Waikiki below. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking the skyline, while evenings settle into a calm vantage point above the city with glimpses of the Pacific beyond. From this 15th-floor Waikiki Banyan condo, you’re elevated just enough to feel relaxed yet still connected to everything nearby.



Living space

The living area is bright and open, with large windows framing both city skyline view and distant ocean views. A sleeper sofa offers flexible seating and additional sleeping space, while a TV and fast wifi - 218 Mbps support relaxed nights or remote work. Ceiling fans and a window AC unit help keep the space comfortable, and sliding doors lead directly out to the private patio or balcony for an easy indoor-outdoor flow.



Sleeping arrangements

The private bedroom is separated from the main living space by a sliding door, creating a defined yet airy retreat. Inside, two Queen beds are dressed with bed linens and complemented by room-darkening shades for restful sleep. Storage space, extra pillows and blankets, and thoughtful layout make it easy to settle in.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, paired with a dedicated dining table for gathering over coffee or dinner. Whether you’re starting your day inside or stepping out onto the lanai, the space supports a comfortable, at-your-own-pace routine.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
