Guests will have access to the entire house, including the private entrance, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, guests can enjoy the patio. Please note: Stairs are required to access the home.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
