Welcome to Lago Bonito on Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas! Your vacation starts here in Clearwater Harbor, a gated community nestled in the Legends neighborhood, with its own boat ramp & amenity center. Relax by the private pool, patio, and balconies or cast your fishing line from the backyard, and enjoy gorgeous views of the water throughout the home.

Access to the community amenities - pickle ball, basketball, sand volleyball, and the community pool - are included in your stay. Get out the water toys (canoe, stand up paddle board and lily pad are provided), rent a boat, or cast a fishing line on Lake LBJ, a spectacular constant level lake in the Colorado river chain. Improve your golf game only steps away at the Tom Kite designed par 72 championship Legends golf course surrounded by the Texas Hill Country. Explore the many wineries and State Parks nearby, including Longhorn Cavern and Enchanted Rock. Lago Bonito Lake House is the perfect place for friends, couples, and small families to refresh and recharge!

The Home:
This 3 bedroom, 4 full and one-half bath home sleeps 6 – 7 adults comfortably. A spacious living area on the second level features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, offering panoramic lake views, and an open design that allows people and conversations to flow seamlessly from living to dining to well-equipped kitchen. From the second level main entrance, inside stairs lead up to the bedrooms and outside stairs lead to the pool, furnished patio, and garage.

Level 1 - The poolside patio is the perfect outdoor entertainment area. The private pool overlooks the lake with an infinity edge. This level also has a 4-burner propane BBQ Grill ready for your cookout, TV and half bathroom. In the garage you’ll find pool and water toys (including canoe, SUP and lily pad) and a refrigerator.

On this level you will find a well-equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room and a full bathroom. In the pantry you’ll find a selection of board games and helpful information to get online, watch TV with Samsung TV (provided), and operate the automated window blinds. Off the living room is a spacious balcony with a table for outdoor eating and chairs to relax and watch the sunset - or sunrise!

Level 3 – The bedrooms
• Bedroom 1: King, en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: Queen, en-suite full bathroom - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3: Built-in Twin over Full bunk beds with en-suite full bathroom - Sleeps 3

A few important restrictions to make sure every guest can enjoy their trip:
• You must sign the agreement / pool waiver and submit your payment information for the security deposit in order to confirm your booking. If you fail to do these two things, your booking will be cancelled.
• A refundable security deposit hold of $500 will be processed during your stay and will be released back to you after checkout.
• No pets allowed. If evidence of pets is found there will be an automatic fine of $500 applied to the card on file.
• No smoking. If evidence of smoking is detected inside there will be an automatic fine of $500 applied to the card on file.
• Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM. A fine may be assessed by the HOA for violations.
• No more than 3 cars are allowed per HOA rules. Park only in the garage, on the small driveway, or in a clearly marked parking spot. Your car may be towed or a fine may be assessed by the HOA for violations.
• Boat and Jet Ski trailers may not be parked anywhere in the neighborhood. You must pre-arrange trailer parking at a vendor of your choosing before you arrive. Any unattended trailers parked in Clearwater Harbor will be towed.
• FOB to access the community amenities (pool, pickleball court and sand volleyball court) is provided. There is a $40 replacement fee if FOB is lost or misplaced.
