‘Coral Sunrise’ is a magnificent 3BR/3.5BA home nestled below majestic mountain views on a huge ¼ -acre lot in a private entry gated community. Giant backyard featuring a sparkling pool and spa (heating optional), lush landscaping, misting system with retractable electric shades, and other features make this the perfect luxury desert retreat. Upgraded gourmet kitchen with gorgeous finishes. Close to area attractions including shopping/restaurants, golf, tennis, festivals, events, and more.
Enjoy the tranquility ‘Coral Sunrise’ offers while keeping the classic old Palm Springs alive. Entire home including two-car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Three Bedrooms are as follows: Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a dedicated desk area, and a sliding glass door to enter/exit the backyard pool area. The Primary also contains an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, soak tub, and double vanity sink. Bedrooms #2 and #3 both feature Queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. Additional half-bathroom is by the front door in the hallway.
‘Coral Sunrise’ showcases a beautiful pool/entertainment area features a large spa, a huge chlorine-water 33ft long by 10ft wide by 6ft deep pool, a gourmet Everdur Heston Bluementhal Fusion 29” charcoal BBQ grill, breakfast table for four and lounge chairs along with cushioned seating for ultimate comfort and entertaining. A pair of 10' tall Fleetwood sliders open up to pool area patio from the living room. Electronic shades and water misters are featured as well. Majestic views of the western Santa Rosa mountains for spectacular evening sunsets.
Strong home wide wi-fi Spectrum internet package at up to 600mbps. The living room has a 14.5' tall ceiling with clerestory windows, luxury sofa sectionals, a gas fireplace, and a 88” SmartTV. The living room also has wide open views of the open kitchen/dining/pool areas.
There is a separate room for lounge reading or using the 55” TV on a comfy sofa.
Upgraded kitchen with large cooking island and gorgeous finishes open to your amazing backyard view. Amenities include a juicer, toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, blender, KitchenAid cake mixer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker with starter pods, and more. Pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, and silverware to handle up to eight guests. All the fixings for your next delicious family meal. Also has a seating-for-three island area to hang out and chat while the Chef is in action. Dining table seats six.
Guests have full use of the home including the washer and dryer and garage. There are three different thermostats and AC units along with ceiling fans throughout. There are some board games to use as well. Community benefits include a bocce ball court in garden area of common grounds and a small park.
Walking distance to the Lake Cahuilla hiking and a short drive to Empire Polo for the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals and other events; minutes from PGA West Golf courses including the public courses at Pete Dye, Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, The Dunes, and The Mountain. La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. About 20-minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heat scheduling.
- Post stay housekeeping is for four-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are typically available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay (check with the management company to confirm availability).
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.
