Ground floor 2 bedroom condo, close to clubhouse, end unit
Step into this first level end unit with extra windows to brighten your stay! The condo has updated kitchen and appliances, bathrooms and furnishings. Unit 111 is close to the shuttle stop on Highway 40 and an easy walk to the clubhouse. The patio allows you to walk right off the backside of the condo into the woods.
There is hardwood flooring throughout main living area and has a large dining table with bench seating. The main living room area has large comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy watching the flat screen tv and gas fireplace. This unit provides high speed internet a remote school and/or business center setup to help you stay connected.
In the master bedroom a king bed with new furnishing and flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom that has also been renovated with dual vanity and tiled shower enclosure.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to the second full bathroom in the main hallway. NO air conditioning.
Passing parking pass required - only 1 for this unit.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
