Please Note:

Accessibility: There is one step up to get into the home. The main living area and kitchen are on the first floor, with no bathroom on that level. The second floor has the master bedroom, ensuite, half bath and laundry room, and the third floor has the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Reaching any bedroom or bathroom means taking the stairs.

To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.

For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, a 4% processing fee incurred during the booking of your stay will be deducted from the refund issued.
