I am pleased that you enjoyed the unit, pool, hot tub, fitness center, beach equipment, and the many supplies provided for guests. Regarding the sunset view, the photos in my listing accurately represent the property. For clarity, the sunset photographs shown in the listing were taken from the beach area of the property, not from the balcony. As with any beachfront location, palm growth, seasonal sun angles, and weather conditions can affect where the sun sets relative to the building and surrounding landscape at different times of the year. Many guests enjoy watching sunsets both from the balcony and from the beach, which is only a short walk from the unit. The construction activity mentioned in the review was part of a large-scale condominium association renovation project affecting the entire property. In addition, individual unit owners may undertake renovations within their own condos. These projects are completely outside the control of any individual owner. I made every effort to communicate all information that was provided to me by the Association. However, I do not have access to information regarding renovation schedules for privately owned units. Information regarding ongoing property improvements and the possibility of construction-related activity was also disclosed in the Lease provided prior to occupancy.
