The room was exactly as listed. Very clean and well laid out. The communication was always very fast. We have stayed at the Cliffs several times, but this is the first time at this unit. We’d definitely stay here again. There was even 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a cooler for us to use. Fantastic place to stay, especially if you have 4 people in your group.

The Cliffs were definitely a highlight stay for our Kaua’i trip. The property was absolutely beautiful and conveniently located for all our north end travels. We spent a week exploring while we enjoyed coming back to our 2 bedroom villa. Both beds were comfy and while one bedroom is open to the kitchen area, there is a sliding barn door to completely close one bedroom from the other. The condo had a great outdoor dinning table on a beautiful lanai where the four of us enjoyed our coffee. The onsite food trucks, especially the morning retro airstream, were fantastic. Breakfast burritos, sandwiches and variety of breads along with specialty coffees and drinks were the absolute best- not to mention the service with a smile attitude. The pool area was clean, had cool waterfalls, and had an adult only area. We stayed in July and did not need air conditioning because of the constant trade winds that blew through the condo. Fans are provided in each room which made it super comfortable. We would definitely stay at The Cliffs again.

My first trip to Kauai. I thought the area was beautiful, great location, clean, and the overall property and resort were very well maintained. Awesome, laid back, and peaceful. The home was well furnished and the beds were high quality.

Peaceful Stay

Loved our stay here. Eating breakfast on the patio, listening to all the birds and enjoying the garden view was definitely a highlight.

Great location, walkable to beaches, shopping and other activities Suite was clean and comfortable but could use some casual seating in the room, only one occasional chair and a small bar height table with two chairs but a nice unit overall.

Great location

It’s a beautiful location with nice amenities. I really enjoy the spotless bbq grills and area. The pool and recreation area were great. I forgot my book and the library was helpful. Close to a lot of activities and Hanalei.

New Years stay

We had a great week here. The room was as promised, clean, and ready. Lots to do in Hanalei Bay a short drive away. Bed was comfy. The only two suggestions for improvement would be a more soundproof and sturdy front door as you share a hallway and a larger TV.

Resort Bubble stay

We needed to stay at a "resort bubble" during quarantine and the Cliffs, and this unit, fit the bill. Bed was comfortable, unit was clean and kitchen was fairly well equipped. We are annual visitors to Kaua'i and normally stay in Poipu so the weather on the north shore is somewhat of a bummer for us; saw the sun maybe 3 hours in 4 days.

Spectacular setting on the Garden Isle

This condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is located in a lush tropical jungle only steps from the ocean: Beautiful vistas on groomed lawns facing the ocean, tennis and pickle bar courts, and an enviable location. The only negative was the roosters crowing loudly from 3 am till 7 … hard to sleep in.

This property is a nice studio-style unit with a pretty tree and garden view off the lanai. My husband and I found the king-sized+ bed to be overly large and would have liked a smaller bed with room for a comfortable sitting sofa or chairs. Overall, we had a nice stay at this property.

Nice apartment at a perfect location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
