NOTE:
- All guests are required to provide identification and will be checked upon check-in.
Perfectly located in the ZN Barra building, you can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, a bakery, a shopping mall, and a pharmacy.

- Space with a double bed, wardrobe, split air conditioning, window with blackout curtains, smart TV with local channels, Wi-Fi, a counter with two chairs, and an iron.
- Balcony with a small round table and two chairs.
- Kitchen with a sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, refrigerator, mini portable electric stove with two hotplates, a blender, and various kitchen accessories.
- Bathroom with a closet, mirror, hairdryer, shower stall, and electric shower.
OTHER SERVICES:
- Guests can enjoy the building's pool, gym, game room, and coworking space. Laundry service and the minimarket are available for an additional fee.

You will find soap, a face towel, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement is at the guest's expense.)
Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, an additional charge will be applied. Please contact us.)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- No loud music
- No parties or events
- No visitors or guests not listed on the reservation
- No pets
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Glass, crockery, or sound systems are not permitted in the pool area. The pool area is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the date may be changed at the discretion of the building management.
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
