Dette er en 5.000 hektar vildtbeskyttet natur. DER ER ABSOLUTT IKKE JAGTING ELLER FANGER. Moose Tracks ligger på Ga-siden af Lookout Mountain. Det er kun 10 minutter væk fra Wilderness Outdoor drivein Theatre, Cloudland Canyon State Park og fra Famous Canyon Grill Restaurant. Desoto Falls State Park i AL ligger 20 minutter væk. Kabinen ligger 30 minutter fra centrum af Chattanooga. Raccoon Mtn, Incline, Ruby Falls og Rock City er også på Lookout Mtn. Master ovenpå har ny konge seng m / topmadras og komplet badeværelse, masser af skabsplads. Nedenunder dronning har søudsigt m / fladskærms-tv. 3. soveværelse har en køjeseng, dobbelt top / dobbeltbund, fladskærms-tv m / dvd-afspiller, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Fladskærm m / dvd i stuen (direkte tv). Komplet køkken m / opvaskemaskine og bortskaffelse af affald. Wrap omkring dækket har hot springs brand hot tub m / saltvandssystem, 1 kulgriller. Our family of 5 enjoyed being in this peaceful lake setting. The hot tub was great. The cabin was the perfect distance to Chattanooga and hiking! Our hostess was so kind in mailing a favorite stuffed animal home that we had forgotten! We’d definitely return!

Amazing little cabin getaway

We had a great stay the property is clean and beautiful. The wildlife comes right to the backyard, Its quiet and family friendly. Was very relaxing and the kids enjoyed fishing and seeing the deer and turkey so close to the cabin.

Great couples getaway surrounded by nature

Everything about the property was just as the listing described it. It was peaceful and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. The host was very helpful and gave us several great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great get-away weekend for several guys.

Perfect for our guy get-away weekend: Enjoyed the peaceful lake, relaxed in the hot-tub, hung around the fire pit (plenty of wood provided), close proximity to Cloudland Canyon for hiking. Thank you for sharing this special place!

Family getaway

Amazing property. The lake is perfect for swimming & fishing. All of the amenities were as described. The deer and turkeys were a fun addition to watch. We really enjoyed the porch swing and the hot tub.

A peaceful place to stay

Moose Tracks was perfect for our trip. The lake and cabin were so peaceful. We were visited daily by deer and wild turkeys. The owner is extremely helpful. The road to the cabin needs repair, but that did nothing to take away from of stay. It is the perfect place to stay if you plan on visiting the Chattanooga area.

Family Road Trip Stop

Our kids LOVED the cabin. My husband and I did too! The host left us ice cream in the freezer for the fam! Super clean. Well stocked with little things we’d need to cook and have fun! Awesome stay.

Relaxation at Moosetracks

It was a very relaxing visit at the cabin. The hot tub was a very nice way to end the day. There was an abundance of wildlife to observe and feed. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook while we were there. It was quite close to Chattanooga, so we could do some tourist sights. It was nice to come back to the cabin to relax. Our welcome to the cabin gift was moosetracks ice cream, it was wonderful and it certainty helped cool us off. It was a wonderful visit.

Awesome getaway with grandchildren

This property was just as advertised. Lovely house with a well-constructed deck as a walkway to the lake. We all had a good time swimming and kayaking. We saw lots of deer, turkeys, birds, butterflies and raccoons in the backyard, too. The kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated the Moosetracks ice cream the owner left for us! We enjoyed walking in the woods behind the back yard. We appreciated the notes explaining the tv and the video explaining how to open and close the hot tub. All in all a great trip!

Amazing!

Loved the cabin and its location and surroundings. Close to town but secluded also. Owner left notes which were so helpful. She has every detail covered right down to a personal note on a gallon of Moosetracks icecream left for us! Thatchers BBQ and Cafe 136 were both delicious! Not a bad comment to be made. Definately a return visit!

Perfection

The cabin is so nice and well maintained. Very clean and love the decor. Our granddaughters were so excited to feed the turkeys and waited for them to come in to the yard every day. And the deer visited us twice each day. Fun, fun, fun!

Amazing

Moose Tracks was absolutely amazing. It looks even better in person. It was very clean and cozy. Cheryl was a great host and left helpful notes around the cabin. We enjoyed fishing, taking walks, sitting on the porch, feeding the animals and the hot tub. Highly recommend Moose Tracks. I do also suggest being on the lookout for ticks!

Secluded gem

Cabins location is very scenic and wildlife added to the enjoyment. Our grandchildren had the best time putting out corn for turkeys and deer. Close to Chattanooga about a 25/30 minute drive and then back to the tranquility and quiet of the cabin. Well stocked pans, dishes and silverware for preparing breakfast before we set off for the day. The owner is very sweet and her surprise welcome gift was greatly appreciated. We did not use the hot tub, had unusually cold weather while there but hope to rent again. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing weekend!!

The entire experience was amazing! I booked online and immediately received a call from the owner. She was very prompt and provided documentation along with directions to the cabin. This was a special birthday weekend for my fiancé that turned out perfect! The cabin was very clean and stocked as described in ad along with a sweet welcome treat! We will definitely return again and give this cabin a 5 Star! The cabin had all the amenities you could want.. hot tub, grill, deer feed to watch deers, lake to fish and swim in and cooking utensils. Even cable and WiFi if you have time for that 🦌🦌Thank you Cheryl and best of luck to you!

Beautiful cabin and quiet, relaxing stay

Moosetracks at Rising Fawn was amazing! The cabin was beautiful and clean. Cheryl left us a sweet note to welcome us to the cabin as well as a sweet treat of ice cream to enjoy. I appreciated all the helpful little notes for the tv and recommendations of places to eat at or visit on our trip. The setting of the cabin is so beautiful. The cabin has a hot tub, hammock, kayaks and a canoe to enjoy. There were so many turkeys, squirrels and deer right in the backyard of the cabin our entire stay. My favorite part was sitting on the back deck every morning drinking my coffee and watching the animals. The lake is a short walk right from the front of the cabin with a dock to fish or swim from. You can also walk around a good portion of the lake. The preserve that the cabin is on is so pretty and secluded. If you want a peaceful, relaxing stay at a cabin, I would highly recommend Moosetracks. I already want to come back!!

Rising Fawn Cabin

Beautiful little cabin, great location. However, notes were left all over the cabin, with specific directions-one said how the drawers in the fridge break easy-please be careful. Boards on back deck need replacing and front entry gate on the porch is loose. Also, host blamed us for damage 5 days after we stayed there that we did not do. I would not stay here again. I have stayed in many VRBOs with much more welcoming hosts and with way less instructions and notes left all over, only to be blamed for something that had cobwebs and was old and obviously broken before we stayed there.

Perfect

We had a great time at Moosetracks. The cabin was positioned on a lake with fishing. The surrounding wildlife preserve offered wild turkey in yard multiple times per day. The kids enjoyed throwing corn out (deer corn left in a bucket on the porch). The property is serene. We travels as a family with three kids between 7 and 11. We spent a day in Chattanooga, a day at Cloudland Canyon, and a morning and Chickamauga battlefields. All of which were an easy drive. We also really enjoyed Thatchers BBQ in Trenton if you are looking for BBQ. The host, Mrs. Lewis, was very hospitable. This was the most welcoming, communicative, friendliest host I have ever had the pleasure of booking with. I really hope our travels bring us to her property again. She did the little things that just show she really cares her guests have a good time. For example, she left notes on the TVs explaining that she leaves streaming services signed in on her account (I’ve always had to log into my own). She left ice cream in the freezer. There were condiments and other items left over in the fridge. The corn on the front porch to throw out for wildlife. She texted updates about the property, like a power outage caused by a downed tree on the day of check in. Anyway, I’m writing an essay at this point. The point being, it was perfect.

I live in Chattanooga TN. Being at the cabin is like being a million miles away, but is so close to Chattanooga's many attractions.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

I rented this cabin in April 2013 and fell in love. Upon arrival you may see deer or wild turkeys in back yard. Love waking up and grabbing coffee, my paddle board or fishing pole and being just steps away from dock, while watching geese, ducks, and beavers playing in lake. Everyone swims in the lake and i keep a couple floats on the porch.
