Comfortable Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangement: The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom for your privacy and comfort with a crib and stroller available in the closet. The second bedroom has one twin bed as well as a twin bunk bed, perfect for kids or friends. The third bedroom features a comfy queen sized bed. Lastly, the couch folds out into two beds for additional guests. All three rooms as well as the additional sleeping spaces come with fresh linens, there is ample storage, and plenty of space to relax after a day of adventures.

Guests will have access to our entire three-bedroom unit and all of the community’s resort amenities including the Water Park, Gym, Tennis Courts, and Basketball Courts, Arcade Room and Playgrounds.

Other things to note

**Important Notice: The water park will be closed January 5th to approximately February 14, 2026 for renovations of the slides and splash pad. Since this is being done during the cold season we hope this doesn’t derail any plans. The heated pool, spa, arcade and all other amenities will be open- this will only affect the water slides and splash pad. Please send us a message with any other questions.

STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels, and pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, dishwater tablets, and laundry tablets. Please consider the length of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started. However, if you think you will need more for a longer stay, there is a Walmart about a half-mile down the road.

*PLEASE NOTE* There is absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! :)
