So glad you enjoyed yourselves! This summer in Tahoe is pretty magical! Be sure and come back this winter and experience the winter wonderland. If you ski or snowboard, you saw that we are just a short walk to the chairlift. It's so much fun!

Terrific location and well-maintained property! All the features in the property were as descibed. It made for a optimal spot for gathering with friends, skiing, and exploring South Lake Tahoe. The host, Jane, was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Our experience there was very positive; highly recommended!

We stayed at this property in mid-July of 2026. Great place to stay! House pictures and descriptions are very accurate.The host is great. Very timely with updates for check-in etc. and quick to answer any questions.Location: About 1 hour drive from the Reno airport. Easy 10 minute drive from the condo to downtown South Tahoe. Fox & the Hound restaurant within walking distance. Ubers/Lyfts can be tough to get, but the Lake Link shuttle/app will cover this area starting July 15, 2026. The Safeway store is about 10/12 minutes away.House Temp: No A/C, No problem. While we were there is was almost record high temps and we were very comfortable in the house.Kitchen: Had plenty of plates and utensils for what we needed. We had breakfast there everyday and multiple dinners. The fridge does have an ice machine.Beds were all very comfortable, bathrooms were clean, living room has very comfortable couches and chair. And there is a nice deck to sit out on and enjoy.There are many things to do in the area in summer. We did hiking, tubing the Truckee, the American Century Classic golf tournament and the beach while we were there.

Sorry the snow was so little! I wish we could guarantee the weather. Of course the day after you left the snow fall started! Anyway, come back next season so your trip can be a 5 star trip!!!! The summers are also spectacular in Lake Tahoe.

Short Tahoe Stay

Quaint rustic condo close to South Tahoe but up in the mountains and away from the in town madness. We came for a concert at Caesars outdoor amphitheater and this was perfect for us. There are steps but they are not steep.

Ski trip

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about 12 minute drive to heavenly village and we were able to walk about 5 minutes to get to our ski lift. Great location and a beautiful condo.

Great scenic place to stay.

I had such a great time at this place. It was so comfy and inviting. The biggest asset was the hot tub, it got utilized quite a bit at night when it was chilly. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back again.

Cozy and close to heavenly

Cozy and charming central location just right for 3 couples skiing for a few days. Close to heavenly and many local spots. Highly recommend the spa after a long day on the slopes.

Feels like home 💗

It was a wonderful cabin feel like home out in the mountains but not to far from grocery stores restaurants and hiking trails close to the lake

Great Condo - Walk to Stagecoach Lift

Annual boys snowboarding trip, this was a great home base. All facilities as advertised, great views, walkable to lifts and convenient distance to South Lake Tahoe. Jane was a great host and very communicative.
